I’m very pleased with the style & quality of the Spartan bracelet. Through fault of my own, I experienced a problem and reached out to customer support to inquire about repair. They immediately responded and offered to replace my bracelet. Wonderful customer service!!

The bracelets they offer are very fitting to risks of all sizes. My wrist are quite small so I have a difficult time wearing watches or thicker bracelets, but Rowdy Parrot has bracelets that look great and are comfortable to wear. be careful though, my bracelet snapped only after a month fastening it to my wrists. However, the owner was kind enough to replace my broken bracelet for free with the lifetime warranty they offer. Be careful to not overuse your bracelet and other silicone items they may offer, as they break with abuse. It took almost a month for my replacement to ship, so just know that if you ever get a replacement, it may take a while to receive, but I got two bracelets which was very awesome of them.

Initial purchase was great. Fast shipping, my son loved his bracelet. We had to reach out to support with an issue several months later, and they were insanely fast at resolving. Amazing customer support, fabulous product. We will definitely purchase again.

This is a beautifully designed bracelet, that looks good and stands up well to daily wear. I have one for myself and subsequently began gifting these to friends. And of course,…….they love them.
I did have one bracelet that broke, Rowdy Parrott replaced the bracelet with only an email.
