DO NOT BUY. They purport to sell 100% cashmere fibre. It’s not! 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Would only offer full refund with my cost to return goods. Seems I have negotiated 40% refund. I wait to see if that is true! They are not Australian company, despite their .au website. If I could give zero I would. Now receiving spam / phishing emails.

Completely fake and scam. Ordered 100% Cashmere jumpers two of them for gifts. Received after a month cost me $145 Australian. They are 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. Absolute rip off and false advertising

Purchased Rowe Mercer mens cashmere sweatshirt AUD $69. Same garment on Light in the box and Temu half the price. It's not cashmere ( goat fibre) it's synthetic material.
Quarter zip sticks half way rubbish.

I wish I had seen this site before I bought two supposedly cashmere sweatshirts. Very poor quality about 1% cashmere if at all and colours nothing like on the advertisement. I too was fooled into thinking this wasn't a Chinese company. Never again

Total scam…ordered cashmere shirts and received polyester and spandex rubbish. Poor quality and not even close to the advert.

I Order Leather Jacket reduced from $499.00 to $99.00
My size is Large but Ordered size XL to make sure can fit me and also ordered Black leather Shoes size 9 reduced from $299.00 to $89.00 I thought was bargain. When delivery arrived last week 26/03/26 and I try Leather Jacket it doesn't fit me seems to me size XS instead XL
and Leather Shoes very cheap quality - got plastic bottom. I email the customer service and tell them I will be returning these goods, and I got reply you keep the good or donate to someone in the family and we will give you 10% refund?

The leather on my new Rowe Mercer boots is buttery soft yet feels very durable. You can tell these weren't made on a mass assembly line. The only reason for 4 stars is that the laces felt a bit thin compared to the heavy-duty quality of the boot itself, so I swapped them out. Other than that, the craftsmanship is undeniable.

I ordered a cashmere sweatshirt from this organisation. A$69 + postage. What arrived 2 weeks later from China was a POLYESTER (plastic) "sweatshirt" of very poor quality - probably worth about A$5.

I ordered 2 cashmere jumpers, believing that I was looking at the website of the Sydney store Rowe and Mercer. Photos of the real store are even used on this website.
The jumpers did arrive but are polyester, not cashmere, and very thin, poor quality.

I ordered 2 Sweat Shirts on 11/03/2026 and Paid for VIP Shipping which they say should take 3 - 5 Days.
16 Days later I have yet to receive the items and the Tracking shows it is apparently stuck in Shenzhen since 18/03/2026 which means it took them 7 Days to even send it!
Multiple emails to Rowe & Mercer have been mainly ignored apart from to assure me the items are on the way even though their Tracking shows otherwise and they refuse to refund even though I paid for VIP Shipping which should have arrived over 11 Days ago !
Rowe and Mercer are advertising all over Yahoo and Fox News and I would advise that they appear to be a SCAM where you certainly won't receive your order in a timely fashion even if you pay for VIP Shipping and if indeed you receive it at all !!!

The Rowe & Mercer operation specifically uses a fake Sydney address in the Strand Arcade to appear Australian — but the address is completely non-existent and the operation is entirely offshore.

This is not an Australian Company, it is a SCAM.
I bought what was supposed to be a very nice linen Polo Shirt. for $86. I got what was a cheap polo shirt of unknown material. They wanted me to return it at my cost. I spoke to PayPal. They repeated the company's offer. I relented. Sent it on 12/Feb, cost of $28 to return the item to CHINA. Tracked the package, arrived at the Customs Clearance on 23/Feb and is still there. Have not got my refund. Told PayPal. PayPal has resolved this infavour of the seller. I have asked why, still waiting for response, will update.

I have received a rufund, not from Rowemercer, but from Paypal. I rang Paypal, spoke to a real person. Told them what happened and thst they should double check what I did. They checked, agreed with me snd gave a refund.

I love the slim profile of these shoes - they look sharp with a suit. They breathe well even after a full day in the office. My only minor critique is that the soles are quite slick right out of the box, so I had to scuff them up a bit for traction on tile floors. Otherwise, a very solid purchase.

The company advertised and sold Cashmere jackets.
Not a thread of any of these items contain cashmere. They charge cashmere made for their items and the products is all synthetic material - plastic!

I ordered the loafers for a business trip. The fit is true to size and the arch support is surprisingly good for a handmade dress shoe. Shipping took a few days longer than the estimate on the site, but the customer service team very responsive when I checked in. Worth the wait if you aren't in a massive rush.

Absolute scam, as many others have reported. Inferior quality shirts wrong size and colour. Response to complaint was to offer 20 per cent refund. Their address in Strand Arcade, Sydney is non-existent. The name (different) by which payment was acknowledged features in scam complaints about other sellers and products, as does the name (yet again different) from which the reply to the complaint came. It is hard to believe that steps have not been taken to close them down.

I have bought many clothings from Rowemercer and all the workmanship from the manufacturer is of the poorest quality and I will never go near to this supplier again! Rowemercer.com Definitely only deserves one star from me.

All their products are cheap and poorly made
