Easy experience

What an easy experience. I usually try to wing it at airports, but honestly, CDG with my wife and 2 kids is a different beast. I booked Royal Airport Concierge for our connection and it was the best money I spent on the whole trip. Our guide met us right off the plane and navigated us through the terminal. Life changing experience

A scam implies financial loss or malicious intent; this was simply a technical discrepancy regarding availability, for which you were not charged.

Perfect for First-Time Travelers to the UK!

I had an incredible experience with Royal Airport Concierge on my first trip to the UK. The booking process was surprisingly fast, which I really appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. Once I landed, they were already there, and the greeter guided me through the airport (it was my first time travelling to the UK and Europe overall, and LHR was super intimidating to me, but they made everything easy). The immigration process was super quick. They saved me a lot of time and gave me comfort while experiencing this airport for the first time. I highly recommend their services to anyone!

I would give 0 starts if possible

I would give 0 starts if possible.

I contracted this service for 2 things: fast track line at the airport, and assistance with migrations as I do not speak spanish and I had a problem with my passport.

They took my case, charged my almost USD 1k, and then did not provide any of the services that were promised. The lady did not even speak spanish!!!

This is a total scam. Do NOT purchase this service at any point, they will misrepresent their services.

Hi! Thank you for your review. We must clearly address an important and non-negotiable point.

Assistance with passport control issues is strictly prohibited by law at all international airports worldwide, including Bogotá. Airport greeters are not permitted to intervene, communicate, influence, or assist in any way between passengers and immigration officers. Any attempt to do so would be a serious violation of airport security regulations and local law.

What you expected—intervention by the greeter regarding a passport issue—is not available through our service, any VIP service, or any airport service anywhere in the world. Such assistance is illegal and simply does not exist.

This limitation is clearly stated in:

- Our service description

- Our booking confirmation

- Our terms and conditions

The greeter met the passenger at the gate, escorted them through the airport, assisted with luggage, accompanied them to passport control, and escorted them through the airport to exit. This is precisely the scope of service that is legally allowed and was fully delivered.

Passport-related issues are the sole responsibility of the passenger and immigration authorities, without exception.

While we respect your right to leave feedback, the negative review is based on an expectation that is illegal, impossible, and explicitly excluded from the service you booked.
