Royal Moving & Storage Avis 4

This company is horrible and actually thieves, I have the bank statement from 2 VyStar accounts, that are now being investigated for fraud. 1. they were to arrive at 10 AM and they arrived at 10:40.2.everything was already packed up and moved into the living room. They moved slow to stretch out the time to charge me for 4 hours when it should’ve taken 2 hours.3. the rate was $155 an hour for two hours that should’ve been less than $400. They billed me $704. I asked where the extra 300 came from, they said gas.I moved a 1/4 mile away from my home,so how is $300 in gas.4. they quoted me $900 to unload the truck. I said no just put the stuff in the house. They left my damaged furniture on the lawn. 5.they wanted to disrespect me in front of my son, no respect for women, disabled veterans or children. 6. my card was charged $704, Vystar said that it was pending, which I SHOWED the mover and then he decided to run my card again, which made the purchase decline. so of course he starts to argue with me and I told him that supervisor on the phone, which he argued with me as well.So now that my money is froze, up because of him over swiping my card, I had to call my son-in-law, for him to Zelle me some money to pay these gentlemen because now they were putting my furniture back on the truck. After that fiasco, I transferred the money into my Son‘s account and had them use his card and the 704 went through on his account and the rude, frightened gentleman finally left. I checked my bank account the next morning and not only was my son charge $704, I was also charged $704, no charges pending, so they stole from me, was rude and I feared for my safety, still do because they know where I live and that’s why I’m putting this in writing, as evidence, if anything happens to me, my son or property.Do business with this company at your own risk.I am reporting to everyone because they are not military, disabled veteran, women or children safe or friendly.

STAY AWAY! I would give them zero stars if I could. Was charged at pickup for additional fees even though I physically measured while I was on the phone with my initial detail call. Come to find out our drive at delivery told me that those overcharges are the drivers commission and that he couldn't believe how much we were charged and good for that driver " that's a veteran move"
That's not the worst part. Upon delivery 1/2 of my stuff was unwrapped, broken, missing items, plastic bins that were on my inventory list just go missing into thin air. After our driver told the dispatcher of the missing item she told us to pick an item from the truck in lieu of ours. They also only come with one driver, tell me how careful can one be with only one person loading and unloading. After reading multiple forums I know we will never get our stuff back so I'll continue to blast them everywhere.
Garbage of a company, stay away!

Before I begin, I must convey the fact that every single shipping company, whether transporting automobiles/motorcycles or your belongings is full of scummy, deceptive, and thieving individuals. I thought I had a good company after all the researching I did. But Royal is no different. I first spoke with a woman named "Sunny" who promised me so many things. That my price wouldn't change, that when I added my washer/dryer and barstools the price would stay the same..then when the mover got to me, it was the complete opposite. My invoice went from $2035 to $4100. And I was moving 22 medium sized boxes, washer/dryer and 2 barstools. So a whole house would easily be $15000, do you see my point in how much I was price gouged? Sunny has a silver tongue. She sold me a dream. This industry preys on people becauase once they have your stuff loaded up, you're at their mercy. Royal is just like all the others. Their sales model/hook is just different. They say they have their own trucks which is a lie. They'll even send you photos but the person who came to my house was just some young boy driving a rented Enterprise truck. And after all that money I paid, I was stuck helping the guy move my stuff because he didnt have anyone with him. Absolute crooks.

Used Royal Moving when my wife and I moved to Las Vegas from San Diego. They were extremely helpful, making our first move easy and less stressful. We didn't have many things to move nor a lot of money to spend. Thier price was WAY lower than other places that called us to give us estimates, but still, when they arrived to pick up our things they were professional, kind and made us feel like we were spending a ton. It took a little longer than expected to deliver, but only by a couple days, and they more than made up for it with thier helpful staff and price. Def would recommend to anyone moving!
