My experience with this platform has been great. The Royal Open College team helped me when I had a small issue with loading the content at first. Everything worked well after that. I thoroughly enjoyed the 'Compliance Specialist' course! The content was well-structured, targeted, relevant and easy to follow, allowing me to master the basics fast.
Thoroughly enjoyed this course. Great I could complete in my own time around my job and having two small children. Very organised & structured. Also great prompt customer service from the team.

At the beginning Module 1 content wouldn't open, however, the college team helped me to gain access. I loved my course: Speech Therapy and SEN Teaching Assistant Course. I feel the course was a little dull.
I was hoping to learn how to do things using ChatGTP, not just the "ins and outs" of ChatGTP
Maybe a few examples of the uses of ChatGTP would be beneficial.
