Royal Reels Casino Avis 

Hi Everyone . On royal reels 9 I deposited up to about 4K over a 2 week period and ran it up to $60k USD on blackjack.
( also considering their blackjack is rigged as they always cut half deck and definitely have more low cards added. I counted 50 cards less than 9 and 16 pictures over 66 cards.) this just does not happen in blackjack )

When I stopped at about 40k USD I tried to withdraw the money in $9000 USD increments (withdrawal limit). After two days and still pending I attempted to cancel withdrawal and try again. When I clicked cancel, the app showed an error of ‘no withdrawal pending’ and my balance was wiped.

Get off the app, they are scammers

Would like to speak with someone from royal reels about both mine and my partners account being banned. You ban us for having multiple accounts whivh we don't, i have an account and my partner has an account. So how can we both be banned for multiple accounts when i have one and my parnter has the other. As well as her 3k withdrawal being confiscated for this allegation that is false. I demand answers and proof of multiple accounts, if you can't provide evidence then you have no right to ban us both and take funds!

Opened my account over a year ago with royal reels, never deposited as my bank never let the transactions go through, my daughter was a vip member but closed her account permanently for her gambling issues, although she said it was the best and fast paying casino she ever used, so I decided to deposit using my daughter card which she allowed me todo as she and her partner both used each others accounts and withdrew on either her or his card, they used to send it to the last (card used for the deposit) no
Issues, no verification checks etc for them, all good, deposits went through fine off my daughters card, won 50k on a feature on max bet of $25. With drew 14k fine no issues on my 3rd $9,000 withdrawal they requested KYC documents, fair enough, understandable. All was sent through, including my daughter card as they requested, then it was being reviewed, it’s now been 10days, two days ago they requested a authority letter from my daughter stating she was aware of my deposits and she allowed it to happen etc, no problems, again, understandable, we sent that through, but now they are doing a “winning verification process by game providers to see if my winnings are legitimate” like come on now, it’s becoming a joke now, what do they think I rigged their games? Or somehow magically snapped my fingers after 20 years of gambling with plenty off losses to get lucky.. they are making me jump through hoops just to withdraw my winnings I won fair and square. Trying to find any thing they can it seems to make sure I don’t receive my other 29k, never ever had this problem before with any other casinos, been trying to withdraw since the 4th of January today is now the 15th, their chat representatives love and copy and paste the same messages, wait for an email etc, but yet I didn’t receive any emails regarding the 3rd withdrawal and multiple issues they have come up with in regards to withdrawing and KYC I had to go back on chat and speak to someone to get an update on the situation to be told, the payment team needs this and that. You guessed it no email regarding or requesting anything, making me chase my money. No response to emails, and no updates apart from they now need a winning verification, which I don’t mind because, it’s a legit win, but the communication with this casino and their players so far is SHOCKING, if I don’t receive my 29k after all this I will be taking it higher up, weather it be court or the Australian government ACMA and they will lose a valued player. Will update this review on the outcome. And change my opinion on the casino promptly.

Royal reels don't deserve any stars, my son and myself have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and all was going well until yesterday when they decided to ban his account after he had requested a 2k withdrawal, it might not be much to some but he needed it. They accused him of using multiple accounts which seems to be something they do regularly to people, there was one account being used by my son and one account by myself both accounts in our correct names. Royal Reels this is theft as if you don't have a problem taking 600 in deposits on said day from said account why can't you pay the 2k that was won fair and square. Feel totally SCAMMED by these parasites. Australia WAKE UP. I'm reporting this to anybody that will listen as have e mailed, msged, all to no avail they just stone wall you,. This is not how a reputable site operates.

By far one of the biggest scam sites I’ve ever seen. They’ll let you win a bit to get you in and then they’ll shadow ban your account so you win nothing. They say it’s random number generated which is complete bullshit. The site needs to be shut down I don’t know how the Australian government hasn’t gotten rid of these parasites yet. Save your money and stay away from these scammers.

Scum bags don't give you your deposits then dodge you for months what I did was went to my bank and claimed ALL my deposits back from them works I recommended you do the same.

Same as others, used months ago no problem, deposited yesterday and usually get funds right away. Payment cleared and still not showing, now I’m told to send over original PDF’s of my bank statements just for them to escalate it, pure stuff around and lack of care for customer its all the same copy&paste responses from what feels AI “staff”

After being on Royal reals for over a year and play regularly. my card was hacked for 1400 dollars. Payment continued come out my account for similar values that l deposited into royal reels the weekend before for 3 days. like they were double dipping or collecting on failed deposit attempts.Bank said money went to Nigeria. Royal reels were of no help and said l was responsible for my own card security.

i dont know why so many people are hating on this casino even after winning and losing alot they are always helpful when im having issues happy to give no deposit bonuses when im on a losing spree and always quick deposits and withdrawls so im kind of suprised to see so many bad reviews

I deposited 400$ played for a while ended up wining 1650$ wend to withdraw, it was pending for over a week, they asked me for all forms of ID and I gave it to them but then they wanted a crypto bank statement with my name, address & a crypto address on it and my crypto bank doesn’t do that so they have refused to give me my money they have been no help at all there happy to take my money and let me lose it and not ask for id but as soon as I win they want and absurd amount of verification

So myself and my partner both have an account on royal reels, we don't actually live together yet so they can see me playing on my home IP address sometimes and then when we stay together we obviously both play on the same IP address. when we ask for our cashback, back, they usually only give it to one of us and give the other person some story and only one of us gets out cashback, some weeks we have both not received it. Very inconsistent and we both deposit and lose pleanty of our own money to be eligible every time we ask. If we haven't deposited enough then we won't even ask... If the issue is fixed then I'll gladly give a 5 star review as everything else has been perfect 👌

Edit, got the cashback, can't fault them now, don't wis as easy or as much as other sites but they are the most reliable out of all.

Maybe I'm just lucky but I don't really understand where all the negative comes from, it was a smooth and pleasant experience for me. Patient and polite support representatives, great game selection, the website itself is quite nice. Made a few deposits and one withdrawal and also didn't encounter any issues.
