Where do I start, I would have rated this with no stars but not an option. I have only played this site 3 times and won £1798, I carried on playing thinking it was using my bonus cash but it used my winnings. So I stopped at £1354 after clarifying with an agent what had happened. I made a request for withdrawal and verified my identity with an agent with my British passport, British utility bill, bank statement and screenshot of payments made to royalspincasino.com... I then received an email yesterday stating I was fraudulent and my actions on the site were suspicious. This left me in turmoil, to be accused of fraud is a deformation of my character, and I have been financially and mentally abused by this company. They have taken all my winnings and closed my account. How can I be a fraud? When all identification documents match my details on the account, and having only played it 3 times. I have tried to contact finance regarding this matter but had no response. They have disabled me from live chat so I can no longer contact them. I feel very vulnerable about this whole situation. I have reported this company to the British gambling commission. Also resolver and I have forwarded a copy of the gambling act 2005 to royalspincasino.com stating I will take action regarding their fraudulent behaviour. Having done more research regarding this company it is evident that this happens often. Innocent people being cheated, deformated. This shouldn't be allowed to happen. They are not registered with the gambling commission or licensed and regulated. Please read my review and don't make the same mistake I did.
