I bought the bike as I am due to have knee replacement surgery and have found it a great help to help strengthen my quads even though I am still using the low resistance.

It was reasonable effort to assemble and it took me nearly 2 hours. I have the bike and it is easy to operate and has worked well for our needs. Didn't want to spend big money and it is fit for our purpose.

Love this thing. Putting it together is easy (for me at least, there’s a QR code video guide if you’re not like me) and overall very reasonably priced for the quality. The instructions are clear and the parts to assemble are very clearly labeled. The display is rudimentary, but perfectly suited to this bike, i also adore the phone holder! Honestly if you’re looking for a recumbent bike this is a cracker for the price. Oh the build quality also feels very solid, no shaking or squealing when in use. Very happy customer.
