Very pleased with RRCats
Very pleased with RRCats. My first experience in Cat converter recycling. They gave a quick quote, and it was an easy process to send part. They advised upon receipt and sent a check quickly for promised amount. Not sure I could ask for anything better. Helped recover a good portion of the needed repairs.

Had a factory catalytic converter sitting in my garage that I removed off my 2022 Honda Civic after upgrading my entire exhaust. My car I sold and was left with stock parts laying around and wanted some spare cash. RRCats was #1 on the google search but I decided to get serveral quotes. These guys gave me fair price, they made the process painless and offered free shipping. They also offered excellent customer service and that to me was why I’m giving them 5 starts. Communication is key along with fast service and getting paid. Start to finish it took 2 days to get paid if you use PayPal.

I sent in my driver's license in said that that was not the address that I now live at on a separate piece of paper and I left the address that I now live at and told them to send it to the address on the paper not my address on the license and they still send it to the license address I still haven't been paid it's almost been a month I actually wonder if they're even has been a check sent out cuz I spoke with somebody and asked him if they could just cancel the check and use my PayPal to send me my money they said no they could not do that until the check got back to them we all know that you can cancel any check

After verifying the model of cat that I had, I followed their instructions and corresponded with the staff through the process when I had questions. They paid me the amount they quoted me for to the dollar.

Very dishonest
Very dishonest. They will give you a quote and when you send your converter in they will tell you it only worth 1/4 of the price they quoted you and if you don't like it you have to pay to ship it back

As we mentioned in our reply with proof in pictures and videos, the converter you sent us was only 1/4 full with precious materials. When we quoted you, we were clear about the price being based on 100% full converter. We hope that you can understand that we must be fair with our pricing based on the material we receive.

Liars and cheats
Meh! Sent clear photos of what I had(serial numbers visible and condition). I have great camera. Anyways got a pricing texted to me and I responded confirming what they would give me for my cat converters and they acknowledged. I have it all documented. So, I ship out as they sent me shipping label. I took photos as I packaged. Stayed in communication as it processed thru shipping. Now the kicker is….when they got my cat converters they now offered me 100 less and told me they were mistaken. No fault is mine. LUDACROUS!!!!! Kinda held my stuff hostage and insinuated “take it or leave it”. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s BS!!!! They say free shipping and handling but it is not. 1st & last time. Could of just sold locally and no headaches. GEEZ! How do companies stay in businesses doing stuff like this. BAIT AND SWITCH. UGH!! Maybe I’ll talk to my lawyer and get more than 100 dollars back. They’ll learn not to eff with people.

Chris, sorry to hear you weren't happy with our services. However, after reviewing your ticket it seems we found where the confusion is. You originally sent us only one serial number for a converter you needed quoted. When we received TWO from you, one of them was not the one we quoted so we had to do a price quote for that different unit. While some converters may look the same we price them based on recovery - so the different unit you sent us was a lower value.
