My daughter loves her hat
My daughter loves her hat! Great custom service too. Het hat was ruined in a fire and they helped me replace it quickly...even added a special gift to the shipment. I can't say enough about their staff. 5 stars!

Lots of aloha in their customer service!
These nice folks didn’t have the hat that I ordered, and gave me the option of waiting for the delivery to come in or take a refund. I wanted the hat so I waited for the delivery. In the meantime I ordered another hat. They were so kind they gave me a third hat for my trouble! My husband will be thrilled there for his birthday! Mahalo nui loa!

I got my sandals and they were too small, I contacted the seller and they sent me a label to send them back and they sent me a bigger size. If you are ordering these slides order a size up, these run small. Very happy with this company, would definitely buy from again.

I am still waiting for my parcel….I contacted the company because it has been sent on March 3rd for a refund and I have been told to wait longer because I am in Canada.
I received an emailed on March 23rd to let know that my parcel is finally in Canada….thanks for the follow up. However it is really long .
