I have been using lagom2 for about a year, and are very happy with the flexibility and features it gives us.

Lagom2 lets me manage exactly how we want my customer experience to be, being able to make it user friendly and simple.

The only major thing I miss from lagom2 is the ability to define which layout/theme to use based on light/mark mode.

I'm using Lagom theme from RS Studio for many years already. They are always improving the product and the release of Lagom 2 theme was a big step forward as they have rewritten the complete code. It has become even more user friendly and I also recently bought the website builder extension which I just love. Support is also very responsive, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Extremely unsafe software. do not use. the team takes weeks to fix bugs, and the software sold by them is full buggy and gets hacked easily.

In todays time it's very hard to find a good team that you can trust. All websites are going to be targeted and many will be infiltrated... that's just the nature of online business today. What I found was that RS Studio was responsive and quick to act when I had any problem at all. They also gave me solutions to reduce risk. I've had my WHMCS driven site with them over 7 years and during that time I've never had a leak or data loss, and have formed a trusting business relationship with this team. They've also been extremely fair and several times didn't even charge me to provide quick and immediate service even after I told them to invoice me. Hard to find a team like this that will do their best work, be both kind and fair, and be in your corner when things do happen that are outside of anyones control.

We have used RSStudios and Lagom Theme for many years—multiple customisations and support cases—and have found them a great partner. The theme makes WHMCS look great out of the box, which is excellent as the native theme leaves a lot of room for improvement. The bonus of regular updates means this remains a good-value product that keeps evolving.

We noted a comment about security concerns from one review, which may have been an issue for that particular user—and that is a risk of any software you use connected to the public Internet. Our company uses network and server-level security on top of all web software to provide multiple layers of defence. When using software for online payments and storing customer personal data, it is necessary to layer your security. Whether Lagom, native WHMCS, WordPress websites or competitors like Blesta, you must increase security above and beyond just the software.

Our support relationship has always been positive. For all of the years we have worked with RSStudios, we have gotten fixes for issues and general advice (sometimes not even explicitly related to the product) whenever requested. Has the support response time slowed over the years as the company grew? Yes, that has happened - but that is the result of any company scaling, and it's still better than 90% of our providers.

Overall, we still use RSStudios and think it's a good product. Absolutely worth a look when thinking about using WHMCS as an engine for your online business.
