Great quality product, I did 1 box of the grass tiles and 1 box of the wooden tiles just to test try them out, extremely happy with the product, packaged well. Seamless order from start to finish. Great customer service.

A really easy process from start to finish with lots of personalised follow up. And I really like the rubber tiles we got- the most neutral coloured foam option I could find for our playroom, I'm really happy with it!!

Great products and customer service
The process of ordering online we quick and easy and delivery occurred much quicker than expected. My order arrived with a splitter which made a small hole which I fortunately got bigger. The service I received when arranging the exchange was better than I could have hoped. They were so helpful and called multiple times to ensure everything had run smoothly and that I was happy with the replacement. The mats are of such good quality that even before the exchange I planned to order a second one and once again the ordering and delivery was so easy.

Great Customer Communication
I really appreciated the communication involved in completing my order: emails were quickly responded to with clear answers to questions I had; an initial phone call from someone in sales was very helpful as well to outline the buying process through the website in order to get an accurate quote.
Receipt of payment was swiftly acknowledged and delivery of my order happened faster than initially expected, with a product of high quality.
The only suggestion I have is related specifically to the product I bought, a rubber interlocking tile: the website lists it as 500mm x 500mm (with 4 tiles providing a square meter of coverage).
The actual tile is slightly smaller than that (and even when taking into consideration that there may be shrinking/contraction due to cold, it would be useful to include the inside measurement of the tile - i.e. not the measurement from the outside of the interlocking edge). When 2 tiles interlock, you lose a few centimeters, so that 2 tiles aren't 1000mm wide, but closer to 950mm.
