Ruby made my transition to them very simple. I had a lot going on during this transition, and Jack and Becca were awesome, and extremely helpful. We recently opened a new business. We are not at the point where we can justify adding another person to answer phones. We have used their services for about 6 months, and Ruby has been working well for us. It allows us to have phone coverage while we are out in the field on job walks. I love that we can tailor the questions/scripts to our market. They gather all the information that I need to get straight to creating estimates. It is really hard to tell that phones are being answered by a call center, and that is what I like the most. It just sounds like another person in our center. The reporting tools are great as well. Finally, we initially started with a higher plan. Once we had enough data, they suggested we go down a plan. I appreciate that! We completely satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone. Set up was super easy as well.

I was a faithful customer for many years, until I realized they were answering only a couple of calls a month. I went into my dashboard and tried to cancel my subscription, but they kept billing me.
Eventually I had to cancel my credit card to stop the recurring payments. Ruby continued to bill me for six months after that (always declined, of course), and then surprised me by sending me to a collections agency.
Absolutely deceptive billing practices - do NOT use this company.

Overall, a pretty good experience. I just wish they would have the option to record calls. The receptionists are friendly, although some calls do take close to 10 minutes and it's hard to determine why. I understand that it is hard to cut off clients, especially the really talkative ones. As receptionists, there should be a balance of being professional but also directing the conversation back on track. There are some grammatical errors in their typed messages at times, but that is to be expected. I do like the dashboard that allows you to see the history of calls.
