Horrible customer service skills from their rep Meghan

I ask if I can return the 2X hoodie I got because the sleeves are too tight. She says no the measurements are on the IG, and they don’t accept changes. I say again, that maybe it’s misprint item because THE SLEEVES ARE TOO TIGHT and I bought a 2X shirt and they’re not fitting the same at all. She says they’re made by 2 different companies so why would they measure the same. I go and check the size chart on their Instagram and the freakin hoodie doesn’t even have measurements for how wide the sleeves would be anyway. So why was she being so rude about their size chart and acting glib if the info I’m talking about isn’t even available to review? She refused to send me measurements. I said I’d never buy anything and thanks for the “helpful” reply. She said “you’re welcome :)” as if she’d actually at all been helpful. At least she could’ve been nice. Never rocking their stuff in public or doing business with them again. I don’t know how their management sees this horrible behavior and just lets it slide. Maybe they encourage it. How do you NOT even bother trying to figure out if I got a misprinted sized hoodie? It fits like an M or L at the sleeve width and it’s not even a measurement they have online. Never buying anything from here again and I’m bummed because I really wanted to be a fan

Disappointing

Disappointing, they don’t take pride or stand behind their product. It’s like below DIY at high end prices. I will not be returning or buying from them again. Bought a hoodie for my nephew, it was stuffed in a shipping bag, no cellophane, just some hoodie, looking worn, cheap, trashy and janky. Print was not centered. Wrote a message, their response was “Thanks❤️”. BEWARE THE QUALITY IS GONE! No pride in product. Not rad, truly bogus, it’s straight poser gear now. Peace

Hey jay!

You emailed extremely aggressively and didn’t ask for any assistance or help with your order and were just belligerent. We don’t expect our employees to deal with customers who are rude and condescending and not seeking resolution. Had you asked if you could get a replacement and provided photos, we would’ve been more than happy to help as these are handmade so defects happen and we acknowledge that.

We could’ve resolved this easily and sent a replacement but the way you spoke to our customer service team was unacceptable.

This company will not let me cancel or return a fraudulent charge. Horrible customer service.

Hey Josh!

Your charge came from the same IP as your address, the cvc was entered, and all order confirmations were sent to your email address. There was nothing to indicate this charge was fraudulent and was simply buyers remorse. Our website and all product pages state there are no cancellations since our orders are custom made. We could not cancel your order as the materials needed to create your order had already been purchased.

Their reply is simply a lie, which basically proves my point - horrible customer service. Btw we never "demanded" anything apart a proof of delivery, which they could not show us - because it's never been delivered (tracking stopped at the name of our town). Avoid at all costs!

Will not buy again. Ever.

We (me&my husband) ordered many cool t-shirts from them, the sizes were usually a bit off and the delivery time was loong, but we just let it go up until today - 3.5 months ago we placed an order that was supposed to be delivered 1.5 months ago... but that's not the worst - our order got lost/stolen but they simply refused to either refund us or ship a replacement, all of that while being very rude and unprofessional. It's like having a conversation with a DMV chatbot.

They don't have proof of delivery (tracking stops at the name of our city, not a residential address), they don't want to file a claim with UPS, and their customer service plainly stated they will not provide us with ANY help.

They are responsible for the undelivered parcels, not their customers, period. This is the industry standard.

To cut long story short: we're going to get our money back from our credit card company and they've just lost a very good and loyal customer.

Don't waste your time. There are other companies that sell similar stuff and they have actual customer support. We're not the only ones dealing with that issue, check other reviews.

Hey there!

You failed to mention where you put the wrong address on your order and it was delivered to that wrong address. We did attempt to assist but could not file a claim as it was delivered to the address you gave us. You then demanded we send you another set of shirts for free despite the address error being on your end. You also wanted to know why a signature wasn’t required upon delivery and when we informed you that was an add on feature from UPS you didn’t request or pay for you said you shouldn’t have to pay or request that. Then you wanted to know why photos weren’t taken of the delivery and we informed you that Amazon does that but not UPS. Delivery was confirmed via GPS scan at the address you provided but still that wasn’t enough proof of delivery for you. Sorry you feel the way you do but sufficient evidence proved that your order was delivered to the address you provided.

I placed an order and more than three…

I placed an order and more than three months passed with no information on when the order would ship. They said it may take a little time but it was beginning to look like it was not going to ship. I reached out to them and the customer service was very rude. I had gotten a shirt from them in the past and it was good but the customer service was really poor.

Good stuff

I've ordered here a few times. Shipping takes a while but that's to be expected since the items all need to be printed.

The designs are cool, prints are high quality and the shirts are super comfy. I only had an issue once where something was never despatched, and that was resolved immediately once I contacted customer service. Will continue getting rad shirts from here!
