I was excited to get this swimsuit for my niece’s birthday gift on June 4. I ordered May 31 and emailed company June 3 since I had no status and was told due to Memorial Day they were slow. Finally shipped June 6 and I rec’d June 8. Swimsuit was cute and good quality but made in China. Will definitely buy again.

I saw this company’s products at Buc-ee’s in North Texas and I was SO impressed with the quality and the variety of prints! Ruffle Butts blows the competition away. My niece looks soooo cute in her seersucker rash guard suit!! I love that it keeps her protected from the sun too.

I love my recent purchase at RuffleButts. The purchase was for three of my grandchildren. Their products are top notch and their service has been excellent!! I received my order in a timely fashion and did two exchanges that were returned timely as well. I would rate their customer service as excellent. Highly recommend this company!

I purchased the cutest monogrammed bubble romper on 05.06.22. I sent it as a birthday gift that was opened 05.25.22. Unfortunately, the tag sewn in the garment did not match the sales tag and the personalized romper was too small. I called 05.26.22 at 2:45p and spoke with the kindest customer service representative - Mallorie -who apologized and said they would send the correct romper directly to the recipient. At 5p on 05.26.22 - the same day - I received an email stating the order was on it's way! I am so pleased with the not only the excellent quality of the products I purchased but also and especially the way they value their customers!

RuffleButts is incredible! The quality. The look. The colors. The fit. I have 2 girls, ages 4 and 6. I got 4 swimsuits for each one size 5 and 7. They fit them both incredibly well. My 4-year-old has a solid thicker built. My 6-year-old is tall and very lean. So these swimsuits are for all body types and sizes. And they provide amazing coverage which is what I like the most! They respond to any questions immediately and they ship extremely fast! Even their packing is superb! Highly recommend and will never buy any other brand again!

At first I had an issue receiving my item that I had ordered due to it being on back order and not being updated when it was going to be very late to ship BUT the customer service was amazing when dealing with my issue and I received my items. The quality is always top notch and the items are adorable.

I placed an order on 3/15 in hopes to have the bathing suit in time for a birthday party on 3/26. The suit was part of the present. On 3/23 I called the company to find out where it was. Online the order still was in the “processing” phase. When I called, I spoke with Renata. I explained what happened and she stated that the suit I ordered seemed to be out of stock now and apologized for the inconvenience. She offered me a new bathing suit of my choice and would not charge me the difference. She also over night it to me so I would have it in time for the party. I have never had such an accommodating and professional company be so gracious. I wish all companies had associates like Renata. This experience could have gone either way. I was expecting them to tell me there was nothing g they could do and I would be out looking for another gift. This is the type of company that makes you want to tell your friends about and be life long customers. I was excited to see my package arrive on time and when I opened it, it not only had the new suit I chose but the original one as well. There was a note inside that read, “Received the original suit in a return right after speaking with you on the phone. I think it was meant to be! Renata. I think this review speaks for itself and Ruffle Butts is the best company around!!!

I’ve ordered from Rufflebutts several times in the last year and not only are the products adorable and of excellent quality, their customer service is top notch. Shipping is fast, tracking is accurate, and in the event of a back order or delay, communication is fast and clear.

I love your company’s swim styles,colours and especially the quality. Your price point is very reasonable especially when we are ordering from 🇨🇦. Only thing I would love to see is a possible a little bit more affordable shipping options to Canada. We can never take advantage of any of your flash deals as It is at least $42 every time I want to place an order regardless of order size. I would order wayyyy more if shipping wasn’t so high. Otherwise best swim for children can’t wait for my kids to grow up in your swim.

Customer service has been top notch. Not only is the staff prompt responding to email questions, they are friendly too! It comes through even via email. I appreciate that! The merchandise is adorable and high quality, making great gifts for my mom friends.

Although I have received multiple notifications that my order has shipped-it remains waiting a label. I have been disappointed with the efficiency of your system this first time I use it.

The swimsuit, sunglasses and cover-up are beautiful in every way. Quality surpassed my expectations. I am totally impressed with the packaging, too. I always check the RuffleButts site when I am searching for something special and unique for my grandchildren. Mothers stop my daughter and ask her where she gets the adorable things. Definitely a world-class company.

I have ordered from Ruffle Butts multiple times in the past. However, the sizes seem to be smaller than in the past. The transaction was easy, shipping was fast, and the quality is great. However, I will be sending back our swimsuits to exchange them for a larger size.

Cute clothes but I received my full price items on 2/14 only to see the same swimsuit went on sale on 2/17! I contacted them for a price adjustment as it had only been 3 days but they refused. I could have sent everything back and reordered, but they don’t offer free return shipping. Might make sense to order from a department store where price adjustments are honored, rather from them directly.

I bought my 3 granddaughters 2 bathing suits each, they love them. I just wish they were a little cheaper so I could afford to buy them more :-)
