Rugstor Avis 

I ordered two short paints. 2XL sizes were sent to me. I demanded for replacement with L or waist 32/34 but no response and no acknowledgement. With all the comments I saw here, I believe this company has a lot to protect its image. My items need urgent attention. Order No: 28313-794.

I ordered 4 pairs of the shorts on May 3. I received an email that my order was being processed, and then nothing by emails delaying my shipping. They actually reported they had 3 pairs but would have all and would ship by May 26. I did not receive any shipping info on May 26, so I gave them the benefit and waited 2 days. I contacted them on May 28. Now my order would not be shipped until June 12, and they only had 2 of my ordered shorts. I purchased these for vacation and since they were unable and unwilling to ship the shorts to me in less than a month and a half, I canceled my order. I will never place an order with this company. I can not review the shirts because I never received the shorts. In the day with instant shipping with Prime, I would not waste your time with Rugstor.

Ordered 3 pair. Advertisement said
60/40 poly/cotton blend. 2 pair were 65/35 poly cotton blend. One pair is 100% polyester. All are lined with 100% polyester. They don't breathe. They are extremely hot . All three fit different.

Never got my order. They canceled it, and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. You suck!

Ordered pants which arrived 16 days later. Not even close to fitting and made with substandard material so initiated return. Emailed by seller offering 3 choices-
1. 50% refund
2. 40% off on another product
3. Replacement of another size

Company’s Total Satisfaction Guarantee on website is 45 days so full refund should be possible. Seems like the seller is going to make it difficult for a simple return/refund, hoping customers just give up. Would not have purchased if I knew half of the cost would be lost.

I ordered these after an ad on a game I play. I had no idea I would have to wait so long. I mostly forget that I ordered. If they don't show up, it's going to be a chargeback.

Ordered 2 pair of the tactical pants for Christmas. At first look, they appeared fine, but downhill after that. The first pair had a large hole in the front left pocket, while the other pair had a zipper slider fall off. I contacted customer service and got an AI response saying they were bought more than 30 days and were beyond the return date. I responded that since they were Christmas gifts they should make an exception to their 30 day rule. Got another AI response basically saying too bad, you loose.
The more I inspected them it became clear that they were poorly sewn, stress points were not reinforced and were not inspected prior to being shipped.

If I can gave them negative stars
The quality very poor
The trust negative
They trade customer very bad
The company not professional
If there is way to close that website for don’t fraud more people

My issue at first was attempted to purchase but then finding out they dont make them for Women. ? Second was reading other reviews. How can this Company operate with poor quality and ONLY FOR MEN?

Bought several pairs to wear after surgery. Couldn’t really judge how they would work initially. Found them to fit oddly and the back pockets do not stay in place. Tried to return the three unopened packages and was told that I had them too long.

Company is a rip off. Total scam. Has nothing to do with the US. Some China knock off. Don’t get ripped off There shipping gofo are a bunch of idiots.

Don’t waste your money. What they advertise is not what you get. Worst pair of pants ever made. They talk the talk but will not walk the walk. They seem to be overly nice about working out a solution but to no avail. Keep giving you the run around and making it very difficult. The pants I bought felt like the waist was two inches lower in the back than the front.

Utter garbage, poor quality and cut. As for waterproof - they won't let any water in and your sweat out. Like wearing rubber hose.
45 days return policy - non existing. Wanted to return after 2 days and 2 months after still nothing.
One more thing - if you still set on buying use credit card, PayPal is useless.

Complete scam. Ordered a pair of flexcamo pants and they offered a discount for ordering a second pair. A package came with only one pair of poor quality oddly sized pants. I was charged for two pairs of pants and cannot get a refund or the second pair. Don’t buy from this company

I ordered 2 pr rugstor waterproof tactical camo pants off pop up add, on 6/22/25. They arrived on 7/16/25. (24 days shipping)
I checked Amazon where same product much cheaper with 2 day shipping and free returns.
Pants are absolutely not waterproof. Large pockets wide open on top. No flap. No zipper. Water will run right into pockets.
May be waterproof material, but will have pockets full of water!!!! Came from China. No free return. Rugstor is total scam operation.
Will now only purchase from Amazon.

I ordered flexcam pants. The order form asks for waist and length (which I provided). I received generic sizing XL. The pants are extremely too long. I will need to pay for alterations.

The ads are great. The product is disatisfactory. I ordered different sizes in order to find the right fit. They were all loose and baggy and entirely too long. Im not sure what body type these are meant for. The fabric is very thin. Not at all durable as the advertisement suggests.
They made several offers to keep the product and give store credit etc etc. Finally I got them to give a full refund, if sent back on my expense. That was fine. The pants were useless to me.

Delivery was too slow. As far as the product I purchased (FlexCamo - Tactical Waterproof Pants) I’m disappointed. They put a lot of effort into building an image of a tough and quality product worth the price, but the product is mediocre at best.

They use words such as camo, tactical & waterproof to imply these are intended for rough service. But in reality they are a 65 polyester/35 cotton blend which is discretely noted a the very end of their ad. Also they are NOT WATERPROOF which is very clearly stated in their ad. They are water resistant, but if you rub or press water into them, like sitting or keeling would do, the water will easily penetrate.

I suspect their feedback on this product is fake as it shows 399 feedback at the time of this review, and while most are 5 star, a few 4 star there is nothing lower. If you scroll back into their feedback, all of the later ones do not have any comments, just stars. I left feedback and the 399 number did not change.

Their satisfaction warranty is only good for in store credit, and if you got free shipping then you’re on the hook for return shipping.

Customer service is awesome will follow up on durability agree a few weeks

The cargo pants are waterproof and have many pockets; but after wearing them about four weeks the velcro is wearing out and one velcro is separating from the fabric.
