due to significant discrepancies between the product I received and what was advertised on your website.
May 17th the order was placed for a Scandinavian rug in neutral gray, but what I received is not even close to that description. The box was also damaged upon arrival.
I reached out to your support team on May 27 regarding the delivery of my order, which was supposed to arrive within 5 to 7 business days. After multiple attempts to contact you via the support email addresses provided (hello@ and contact@), I received a response on June 8 asking for a complete photo of the rug. I complied and sent the requested photo, stating that the item I received was entirely incorrect and that I was unhappy with the product.
On June 10, I reiterated my request for a return label and a refund. On June 13, I provided another photo and mentioned that I was giving you until the end of the day to resolve this issue. However, I received a response stating that you had reviewed a photo taken at your warehouse before shipping, which does not match the product I received.
The rug I ordered was supposed to be a pleasant afternoon Scandinavian rug in neutral gray, but what I received is not even close to that description. The box was also damaged upon arrival.
Despite my efforts to resolve this matter amicably, I have not received the return label or my refund. It has now been over a month since I first reached out, and I am left with a product that does not meet my expectations.
If I could put 0 star , I would . It’s not a company , it’s a scam. I ordered from them paid 1000 $, when I got the rug , it was thinner than the sheet. I wanted to return, they said they will charge 10% restocking fee, and I have to pay for shipping myself. I paid for shipping almost 240$ ( sending from NY to California). After all, I got 580$ back. With no explanation .
I ordered a rug from a company called Rugsway USA. Their website looks super legit and they also have an instagram page with good looking rugs. Come to find out, the company is shipping from Hong Kong. The quality of the rug was terrible and you get no response when emailing their customer service. It’s a hassle to return the rug because you have to jump through hoops to get it back to them. Just a loss overall and lesson learned. Terrible company.

This company looks to be a drop shipper sending rugs folded in boxes from China.
My rug arrived damaged and the overall quality of their rugs are not good.
The rug arrived with deep heavy creases that after a few days showed no signs of resolving.
After contacting the merchant I was told to iron the rug. These creases are so deep from the rug being folded (8x10 rug) that it penetrated the fabric.
They will accept a return if I pay the shipping to send it back plus a 10% restocking fee.
This is not a reputable company. Do not do business with them. If you have any problems they will make the return process very difficult and costly.
