I spent hours and hours talking to their tech support and got absolutely nowhere! It's all live chat and the agents are obviously talking to 5 or more people at a time.
If you ask them a simple question, sometimes they ignore it, or give you the wrong answer, or sometimes they ask you a follow-up question. By the time you answer their question, they have no idea what's happening in the conversation. They instantly forget where you are in the conversation and just start talking about something completely unrelated to what you said. And because they are too lazy to re-read any part of your conversation, you have to repeat yourself over and over. I tried putting all the details from my enquiry so they wouldn't get tangled up with their many other simultaneous conversations but if it's too detailed, they just read some of your message, imagining what the rest is about and give you an answer based on their imagination.
I've never had such appalling customer service. And this is from all of their agents. Agents 'Lex' and 'Morning' were especially frustrating
