The software they use is far from perfect - it cannot find pirated posts by username on Reddit. I've send them proof of it - they didn't act.

Also, they claim to have human review - it is not true. I've used their protection for little under a month. They failed to discover leaked Reddit posts that were 4 months old.

They failed to remove VK and many other basic sites from Google Search results.

I highly suggest you pick other provider for your DMCA protection to save your money, time and nerve cells.

Rulta is a complete failure. Their automated API sync with X is broken for Case LEGAL-1744275 and they refuse to fix it. X has confirmed they received nothing, yet Rulta ignores the proof.

The entire team is unprofessional. Dilara, Ahmet, and Kerem have all repeatedly blanked my emails and ghosted the support requests for days. To make matters worse, they have now CUT OFF my live chat option to avoid answering for their technical incompetence.

They are happy to claim they have 'retracted' a strike while @hotchicas8 remains suspended because their system is failing. Do not trust this company. They hide behind broken bots and have zero manual support when things go wrong. They will take your information and then block you when their technology fails.
