Asked a question and near instantly received a call and feedback from Dominic addressing my concerns. Friendly to talk to and gave me the information I needed.

Have spoken to Dominic on two occasions! Both times he has been extremely helpful, responsive and the service he delivers is second to none. Being able to communicate with someone so easily definitely makes this experience so much easier when navigating my new normal and how everything works.

Have had nothing but a great experience with the Rumen team. I was wanting an appointment with one of the Doctors and only had a short timeframe available. Dominic was such a fantastic help and was able to give me an appointment within ten minutes - no waiting at all. Thanks Dominic, appreciate your help!

Really easy process, quick appointment times with the doctor and with the dietician. Medication was posted same day and received the next day. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and clarify anything I needed help with. As said below having an app would be great or maybe a Facebook group to meet with people on the same journey but I’m sure that will come in the future. Can’t wait to see how everything progresses from here but highly reccomend 😊

Fantastic and super fast. From the questionnaire, Doctors consultation, medication arriving to my home and a dietician appointment and commencing the tablets - 5 days! Katerina was thorough with medical history, compassionate, personable with a smile and reassurance. Appointment with Dominic, dietician wise knowledgeable, professional and really listened to my lifestyle without judgement and provided a comprehensive diet to suit my lifestyle with great options. Medication arrived, no dreadful side effects, a little nausea, no rushing to the toilet and on two days I have lost 1 kg. Very happy and would definitely recommended Rumen

I had an amazing experience speaking with Dominic Gallo from Rumen – he's incredibly patient, explains everything in detail, and never rushes through anything. That level of service really stood out to me.

I’d love to see some improvements to the website, and ideally, a mobile app in the future. Currently, the package delivery tracking isn’t integrated and relies on third-party services like AusPost, which makes the experience a bit clunky.
