So, who you are paying isn't in the US, and I'm not sure if any money is going to a company in the US. It doesn't work, and messes with your system. Then trying to get your money back is an absolute nightmare - it can be done, but you have to deal with a CC company or Paypal, or a company that will back you. I wouldn't put anything in my body from China - there's no telling what is really in it. Do your homework first, read reviews, and carefully choose who you deal with - lesson learned.

Not what they say it is.
I ordered parasite cleaner and methylene blue. Both arrived. Without a lab test you do not know what is in these products, but I have bought methylene blue before and after and it is clear that runmdeal methylene blue is garbage. It is so diluted it is nearly water, if it is methylene blue at all. I strongly suggest to not buy from this company.

They refund my money back as they promised
The consumer ordered 2 bottles of” Parasite Cleaner” products advertised by RUNMDEAL cost$ 89.99. from Facebook order#419920 11/06 2025, Consumer bought these products, because RUNMDEAL advertised their product returnable , if consumer is not satisfies it.
The delivery took a long time.Although these were pre-holiday and holiday days and the transportation company were very busy,but that does not excuses a company that claims its products are manufactured in the USA. When I received the products,I decided to send the product back and refund my money.The company Runmdeal sincerely apologized for inconvenience caused and promised to correct their shortcomings in the future.They kept their promise and returned my money on my account.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! They do not honour their own advertising and avoid refunds at all costs and in the end refuse to answer emails. 26 emails were sent between us, therefore that in itself speaks volumes. The Methylene Blue is not made in the USA and they will not state where it's made. I can only it's a substandard product and made in China, where the inferior MB is produced. RunMDeal is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau either.

Screenshot Isn’t Customer Service
I placed an order and, when I followed up about the status, I expected the usual: a tracking number and carrier so I could check delivery progress myself. Instead, RunMDeal responded by sending me nothing more than a screenshot claiming the order had already been “delivered.”
The problem is, without a tracking number or carrier information, I had no way to independently verify that claim. This left me completely reliant on their word, which is not acceptable when money and merchandise are involved.
When I pressed further, the response I got was a generic explanation copied from a script: failed deliveries can happen if the recipient isn’t home or if the address is wrong, and I should reach out to the carrier or local post office. That advice is useless when the company hasn’t even told me which carrier they used.
To me, this feels like passing the responsibility back to the customer without providing the tools to actually solve the problem. A legitimate business should provide full tracking information as standard practice. Anything less raises questions about reliability and transparency.When I asked about my order status they sent me a screenshot saying it was delivered

Bad process
I thought this was a scam, it took so long to get my order. They said I would get an order number and tracking number. Never got any of that. Then after weeks of no delivery, I reached out and they just kept giving a new later date for delivery. Saying that it was still in their delivery timeframe. Over and over.
Finally got a tracking number from them and USPS says they never received any package from them to deliver. Just says waiting on package from sender. USPS confirmed by email that they still have not received anything from them 40+ days later. The company stopped responding to emails. Even made a dispute with my bank. What a pain in the butt everything was.
Finally got my order almost 2 months later.

Did not receive my order
Did not receive my order, it has been a month and a half. Asked for a refund 4 times now and they still haven't given my money back. Don't order anything from them they are a scam.
