Really amazing customer service
I ordered trail runners online for my son as a Christmas gift. They arrived the next day which was awsome, but wrong size. ( He has UK size 14 feet) His size was sold out, but Mani from Runners Outlet Mall, went out of her way to find a suitable replacement, in the correct width and size, which was at Mirdiff City Center. Even there, the service was outstanding by Brian and Jjhita. We are very impressed with the amazing customer service from everyone we dealt with!

This is my third time to purchase in runner's sports and the last was online, but unfortunately, it was refunded due to some stock error. I have received a gift card which I can use again to purchase online or in store. I called the customer care for assistance, and I was assisted immediately. I was very satisfied with the support given. The staff in the store and the customer service were well communicated.

Misleading Customer's

Best part after this also the product continues to remain online for days and appears in the search..
Clear example of a conpany misleading the customer and making them loose on other deals available in the market.

Unfortunately, a system discrepancy revealed that your size was out of stock, and this update was delayed. Once confirmed, your refund was processed on September 29, and a confirmation email was sent the same day. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your provider.
