I ordered a dark oak corner unit , poor communication on delivery date. On receipt of the unit it took me 30 minutes to remove packaging as it was so tightly wrapped I could barely get it off!
I was then disappointed with finish and colour- I wanted dark oak and seem to have some weird orange tinged cabinet.

I placed an order for a table. I contacted them to cancel they agreed to cancel but never cancelled the order

Looking at previous reviews obviously picked the wrong product. My granddaughter could have built this, no way is it worth the money. Deeply regret my purchase

I asked Rustic Dreams if they could slightly customise the Hamptworth Hifi Unit. I wanted an extra shelf instead of the large bottom space. They soon got back to me with a revised drawing of the unit. The extra cost was very minimal considering the work needed and I was glad to order. They sent me an invoice and promised the unit before Christmas. I received it on time and now it takes pride of place in my new living room. It looks even better with my Hifi in place. I am more than pleased and I would highly recommend.

Really good service. Bolderwood Tv unit made to my measurements. All those I dealt with were courteous and polite. The actual unit was even nicer than I had envisaged. It is so well made, gorgeous colour (Jacobean oak) and so lovely to look at. I have now ordered the nest of tables to go with the tv unit.
Delivery was also great and the tv unit was really well wrapped and protected.

After some problems with our order which was mainly to do with the fit of the doors on our TV unit Rustic Dreams have now resolved our issues and we love the furniture,we found their customer service EXCELLENT and always promptly replied and made clear their desire to resolve issues, 100% trustworthy

Bought a tv unit from rustic dreams. Went with them as I could have the unit made to measure I was having trouble finding the size I wanted. The unit is well made and looks great in my home would recommend rustic dreams to others communication was great delivery was quick great value for money

Ordered a coffee table from this company. Excellent customer service and delivered in expected timescale. The quality is very good for the price, looks amazing in my living room. Would definitely recommend purchasing again from this company and will be doing.

I ordered 3 pieces of furniture from this company they were all beautiful, however one of the pieces had a stain on the top shelf which we saw unfortunately on day 3 or 4.I did explain this to Rustic Dreams and was told firstly we could have a repair kit which was a bit dissapointing. We did eventually have the opportunity to have the piece replaced which was what we wanted to hear, as we felt that we shouldn't have to repair a piece of furniture we have just paid for! The communication was good but sometimes a bit slow, I was going to order a 4th piece of furniture but I was nervous about getting the colour wrong. Rustic dreams were really good at trying to help with this but it was risky as this piece was for my living room so decided against it. Overall the service was good and if the piece of furniture had not come to us stained it would have been a 5 star . I would definitely use this company again though.

If I could have given no stars I would. Contacted them to ask if they could make a number of pieces to match a table I had seen. Came straight back to me and said yes, give dimensions etc. Did that. Sent email - no reply. Emailed again a week later. Still no reply. Accessed their online chat - no reply there either. Totally unprofessional and now they've missed out on a signifant amount of money. Don't bother with them

What a delightful company to deal with, I had purchased a side table from them via Amazon, unfortunately the item was damaged upon delivery and I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the table, following a brief exchange of emails and me sending some images of the quality and damaged top they have agreed to remake the table for me.

Excellent company. I am so pleased with my made to measure bookcase. Lovely natural wood scent too. Rustic Dreams could not have been more helpful and proactive in communicating, drafting and design to my specific requirements. Speedy response and all within agreed timescale. I wish I'd found this company sooner and will definitely recommend and use again.

Awful. I placed an order two weeks ago. Haven’t received any communication since about when I will receive the order despite emailing and using the chat on their website. I’ve asked my credit card provider for a refund.

Just had a beautiful pergola installed. They were very responsive to questions beforehand & now it’s up, we absolutely love it. Lovely quality and quick installation. Highly recommended.
