I haven’t received my order and the order tracking and customer service is nonexistent!!!!!!

Clothing is great just let down from delivery time and updates. Would definitely order from RVCA again but will have to make sure I give plenty of time for delivery

Quality organic cotton tees with great designs. Fairly priced as well.

Return was delivered on March 31, 2026 and confirmed by DHL.
Despite multiple contact attempts, no refund was issued for weeks.
I only received my 420 € refund after escalating the case through PayPal buyer protection.
Very disappointing customer service experience.

All items are true to size, fit well, great price, great quality….everything arrived on time.

Love most of their stuff anyway but this hoodie stood out for its simple yet unique design due to the colour and badge combination. Excellent price in the sale for something that is still of such good quality, the fit was perfect as with other items I have bought from them and the delivery was surprisingly fast as well.

Still waiting for my order. No tracking details. Nothing after over a week. Very disappointed

Ordered a fleece as a Christmas present which wasn’t then wanted. Returned the item within the returns window and heard nothing. Quarried this within three emails, two direct messages of Instagram and received only an initial automated response, them radio silence. After 24 working days (factoring in Christmas holidays) I raised a claim with my bank, which immediately issued the refund on my behalf and is pursuing directly for recompense. Interestingly, I then got a very blunt response back on Instagram, without an apology, questioning if I’d ordered it from their US site. Unlikely, but also, check yourself?! Anyway, too late. Would avoid purchasing from again.

Ordered a pair of jeans for £85 from ASOS as a Christmas present for my son they didn’t fit on Christmas Day. I contacted ASOS and they advised me that they would request a returns label from RCA through the brand’s photo. ASOS have been chasing them every day since December 25 and they are still getting no reply. This is absolutely disgusting service. I will never purchase from this brand again. If you research this company you will see that lots of people have major issues with returns so avoid avoid avoid. ASOS order number 1019179632

Totally inflexible returns policy over the festive period, which is devoid of common sense or customer service. Having been bought a shirt by a relative in advance of Christmas on 20th November,(obviously a female buying a shirt for a man) I was unable to return it for either an exchange or refund despite the sizing being crazy; cuffs of sleeves dropping well past my hands despite having used the sizing chart and being of average build. I was given a template response and then ignored when I emailed back with additional details.
