The website was fine but I got one call in a week and he was a scammer. Used the same information on marketplace and received 10+ texts a day. Sold to first person we showed it to. Sorry, was hoping your site created more traffic.

The staff at RVT was very helpful throughout the process of selling our coach.

I put my 2009 Honda Fit that was tow ready on here and it sold within a month! Thanks RVT!!!

Took a call to CS to find out why ad had not posted in 3 days when I set up my Account. About 15 days of the ad posted, had to call CS again to find out why the was dropped. We did however sell via RVT.

I did sell my 2019 jeep in about one month on this site. It met my expectations and the number of views were great. The way RVT categorizes cars is frustrating in that it forces you into one of their drop down menus instead of entering make model (ie I have Jeep Cherokee trailhawk, not a grand cherokee. So my listing said grand Cherokee even though it’s not.

This business is a joke. I paid for an ad to list an RV for sale first thing on Friday morning in order to get it posted for the weekend. Once seeing it wasn't published after a few hours, I called and was told there was a website issue and they would have to submit a ticket. Well low and behold it never got published for the weekend because they only work Mon-Fri 9-5 so I guess after 5 your on your own. One would think that a company as big as this would have addressed the issue right away.

The only hits I received from RVT were scams that tried to get me to wire them money. Very disappointed.

It just worked, lots of views. Not overpriced like some of the others. Very easy to setup

I had my camper listed online with your service for over 7 months, and literally never got one legitimate inquiry about the camper. However, I did have 2-3 people try to scam me off of this online ad, so you need to do a better job of scrubbing potential buyers on your website!

I did not get my buyer from RVT and I did not feel that RVT had enough enablement tools to effectively reach buyers. In first 6 months I received a few leads but mainly tire kickers. I understand the market is tight but in the last 6 months i did not receive any prospects. My feeling is the product is very one dimensional and. not enough tools to reach people in the market. The technology and overall experience of rvt seems extremely old school. How about adding AI assistance and up to date UI... example just entering date of experience feels like you are back in time 2005...not intuitive at all. Spend some money and invest it in your tech and marketing tools... Year-Month-day (???)

I'll give 5 stars but don't understand why the inquiries go to spam.

I do not feel it was worth the Money. Would not use them again. Waste of time and money.

Lots of views , several messages , the message system did not work well though.

Few buyers, painful interface

While I was able to sell the motor home, your email/message procedure is awkward and any incoming emails would go to my spam regardless of my marking as safe. I would have to log in to the account to keep up with messages. I got this same complaint from my potential buyers. For any communications we would make sure to use something other than RVT. I feel I could have sold this sooner if your messages tool was cleaner and user friendly.
