A very positive experience

From signing up for the service, I have felt to be treated as an individual. Shortly after signing up, there was a follow up phone call to make sure that I understood all that was available, and given a named contact in case of queries. The deliveries were quick and accurate. After a couple of deliveries, there was another call to ask if I wanted to use additional free services. All in all, a very positive experience.

We have been receiving our medications…

We have been receiving our medications through RXLIVE for a while now , and we have never ever had a problem they always deliver when they say even when we have a query they sort it out the same day would not go anywhere else .. friendly and helpful

Terrible prescription service.. AVOID!!!!

Terrible prescription service. After the 3rd time of our prescriptions taking over 2 weeks to arrive we finally said enough is enough and moved to a different one. The final straw was when I enquired where my meds were after waiting nearly 3 weeks for them and they lied to me and said they had been sent out 2 days earlier when in fact I got a message from Royal mail 2 hours after my enquiry to them saying they had received a notification from RX Live to pick up my meds!! They are blatant liars!! Also my doctor confirmed that they approved the prescription 3 weeks earlier so why was it not sent out? They obviously forgot all about it and only realised after I enquired about it. I would never recommend this pharmacy.. i would steer clear of RX Live unless you dont mind waiting a long time for your meds!

If there was a delay, it may have been due to a few possible factors:

New accounts may require address confirmation. In addition accounts need to be set up as instant dispatch.

Items may have been out of stock, in which case we begin sourcing them immediately. Our team will always call you to offer suitable alternatives if this occurs.

I cannot fault Rx since I've been with…

I cannot fault Rx since I've been with them.
Like many people getting prescriptions dispensed on time, dealing with g.p staff and then waiting in queues at pharmacies, sometimes items out of stock, or rude pharmacy staff,can be very stressful. RX have only ever sent my medications ahead of time with email alerts about getting an order ready and then email alerts with tracking for the incoming medications. As someone who needs multiple medications each month it has quite literally lifted a HUGE stressor from my life.
I would recommend them from my experience.
I would also like to personally thank them for providing a competent and reliable service. Keep up the good work!

Order meds without my consent

Joined this company to take the hassle out of going to a pharmacy to collect medication. For some reason they decided to go into my patient records and order repeat prescription scripts without my authorisation! I didn't even tell them what meds I was requesting or when I needed them. They just ordered all my repeat items! Customer service offered a weak reason for the issue, but didn't seem bothered either way! I cannot use a pharmacy I don't get an honest response from, or act outside patient consent.

In addition, following rxlive reply, I can confirm I have emails from both my GP surgery & Rxlive stating it was a live prescription request. So their reply here looks is an attempt to mislead and deflect from their requests to submit prescription meds without consent of the patient. RX have copies of the emails, so this reply is an untruth, I'm being polite with that word!

Thank you for taking the time to write and for attaching the evidence. I’ve reviewed your email alongside the GP surgery’s confirmation, and I want to say—without reservation—that I am genuinely sorry.

You are absolutely right: we should have taken responsibility immediately and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Instead, our initial response attributed the issue to a “technical problem,” which missed the point entirely. Regardless of the reason, the impact was on you, and as Head Pharmacist, we are sorry for the issue at hand and for the unsatisfactory experience you’ve had.

After investigating the situation, I spoke directly with the verifying pharmacist and updated you via email.

I have also spoken with the team responsible for our review system to ensure the notes are corrected and reflect the accurate sequence of events.

When someone joins RXLive, my goal is for them to feel like they have a trusted family member at the other end—someone who genuinely cares about their health and peace of mind. I sincerely apologise that we fell short of that standard in your case. Normally, situations like this wouldn’t come directly to me, but when a patient has a poor experience, I believe it’s my duty to step in and make things right.

I recognise that trust is earned through actions. If you’re willing, I have emailed you a solution to make this right for you, if you can reply I would be grateful.

Again, Paul, I’m sorry. You were entitled to a straightforward, accountable response and you didn’t receive that. Thank you for bringing this to my attention; I’m using your feedback to fix our approach.

They need to tighten up practices & procedures… had enough

Constant chasing month on month. A lot of undue stress. They even delayed important new medication on different scripts and received at different times when one regular medication was out of stock and delayed them further when promising me they would send the other prescriptions out repeatedly. Some other practices also questionable.

I’m truly sorry for the frustration and repeated follow-ups you’ve experienced. That’s not the level of service we strive to deliver, and your feedback about split prescriptions, stock delays, and unmet promises is very concerning to us.

We’ve escalated this to our management team to review your dispensing and communication history in detail. Our goal is to strengthen our processes and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Some of the immediate actions we’re taking include:

Syncing your repeat items so they’re sent together whenever it’s clinically and logistically safe to do so.

Improving our stock checks and updates before dispatch, especially around manufacturer back-orders.

Enhancing follow-up and communication on any delivery commitments we make.

In reviewing your account, we can see that one of the items is affected by a manufacturer supply issue — something unfortunately outside any pharmacy’s control. Our records also show that we were able to source this item through our specialist team, which is not something many pharmacies can do. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, but please note that switching pharmacies won’t resolve the shortage since the item is not currently being produced.

That said, we want to make things right and rebuild your trust. Please reach out to our Patient Care team (details available on our website), or DM us privately with your full name, postcode, and best contact number. This will help us locate your account, provide a clear explanation, and ensure a proper resolution is arranged.

i signed up with rxlive through aviva…

i signed up with rxlive through aviva digicare+ since it was part of my workplace perks and asked to get my prescription delivered. i didn't get it within the estimated delivery dates, so I called (they answered within 28 seconds!) and asked what was happening. Dylan (the manager) walked me through it and sped my order up and even automatically set me a repeat order up so i don't have to do it every time! five stars to him, lovely guy and i'm really impressed with the service. thank you

Constantly have to chase them to send…

Constantly have to chase them to send out medication. Pharmacy holds on to the prescription sometimes for 2 weeks then shows as dispatching which stays for 1 week with no progress. Every time I chase them they say “we will make you a priority customer “ they send it out the next day but every single time I have to message them to ask why is it not being processed. It’s tiresome and inconvenient having to constantly chase.
Edited to reply : 9 times I have had to do this with not one prescription being straightforward. Out of the 9 times you would think someone would have had the idea to set it to “auto dispatch” in the live chat. Also none of those prescriptions have been ordered as early repeats.

Thank you for your feedback — we completely understand how frustrating it can be to keep chasing your medication. Once your account is set to auto dispatch, your prescriptions will be automatically sent for next-day delivery as soon as we receive them, so there’s no need to message us each time.

Please contact us via the in-app live chat so we can activate this for you. The priority service only allows us to order your medication in advance of your prescription, whereas auto dispatch ensures it’s processed immediately once received.

We’d also like to clarify that delivery should not take two weeks — we’ve flagged this review and will review your account with IT. Please can you confirm you're a patient at RXLive.

I would simply like to recommend RX and thank them for great service. I needed to order repeat medication early so I would not run out whilst away, they sorted it in three days. The fact that you can communicate with them and the respond! is very much a plus compared to other postal services I have used. Thanks again RX and keep up the good work.

A very professional service

A very professional service , I cannot fault them, instant pick up on free calls for help. Prescriptions for both my husband and I arrive on the day of the month I chose and very well packed. Changes can be made instantly with just one call, they are polite and efficient I’m so glad I chose RX live for delivery after our Drs surgery ceased supplying prescriptions to their patients.

The five star rating is due to them doing what they say.
I have to give a special shout out for Thomas for his empathy and his ability to deliver.
So many other similar companies have expanded but they can't maintain the customer service the originally had offered.
