Ryan Luke Avis

Great Value!

Joined into the course on the black Friday £1 offer and instantly was provided access to wealth of information. The knowledge and experience is immense and I can't wait to work through the contents and get implementing myself!

Excellent training with Ryan on all aspects of his business model and attracting commercial medium/long stay clients. Highly recommended

I recently purchased the Constructor BnB programme and I’m about 60% of the way through the main content. There is so much practical and business information in there and so many helpful tools we can personalise when creating our own businesses. - which not only saves so much time in getting the right things in place but also gives us the best chance of not making any costly mistakes on our own. On top of the courses and ‘classroom content’ the weekly calls and masterclasses have been extremely helpful and supportive, with everyone bringing real questions or example properties and getting practical, genuine real-world advice.
This week I had a couple of questions that weren’t particularly mainstream, but Ryan still took the time to answer them fully, thoughtfully and in detail, which I really appreciated.
What really stands out is that Ryan has genuinely walked the walk. He’s not a fly-by-night property “guru” promoting questionable systems, persuasive scripts to use on vulnerable people or overly creative strategies. Everything is grounded in real experience, a proper business that can be put into practice, with lots of examples from the niche sector property business he has built, run and continues to run today. That gives huge confidence that what’s being taught.
His new book is also excellent. I expected to just skim it and pick it up later, but once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. It’s very readable and broken into easy, digestible chunks, but still packed with practical “how to” information and business strategy sense.

The community is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and Ryan has created a genuinely strong learning environment. The whole programme is excellent value for money. I also really appreciate his no-fluff, non-salesy, straight-talking style — open, honest, and based on real experience rather than hype.

Highly recommended.

Ryan is honest, explained clearly and very responsive to queries.
The content on Skool is really useful with practical help not just theory

Ryan’s ContractorBnb Mentorship is by far the best education I’ve invested in⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clear concise information. Ryan is very knowledgeable and enjoys sharing this for the benefit of others Am excited to be going forward with him in my new learning.

This has been such a great eye-opener for me, especially as someone who is still learning and is doing this from abroad. I believe with consistency, I can achieve what I am learning in the course. Ryan's patience and dedication to engage with us weekly through a Q&A session truly puts a human touch to his coaching program.

I recently joined the program. The value from this program is great. Ryan provides as much help as possible and is always open and helpful. His weekly Q&A sessions deliver additional valuable information. Highly recommend.

I'm working through the Contractorbnb Academy course and it is excellent. Ryan takes this students through each step of the process to get a successful serviced accommodation business targeted at contractors, off the ground. It covers sourcing properties, marketing, pricing, financing, legals and much more. He really does hand hold throughout your journey and offers opportunities to have regular Zoom calls and specific workshops with him. Highly recommended.

I'm very impressed with Ryan and his program and ongoing support. Thank you 😊

Ryan and the Team have built a fantastic course and community of like minded property investors. The course gives you the tools, the community give you the mindset and encouragement to become an accommodation provider for contractors.

10/10 support, No nonsense content, Responds fast, Reliable advice. I have particularly enjoyed being part of the community, the people are great and I’ve gained huge insight into the business.

I have to say that i am happily impressed by the amount of useful information provided for the price.
The course provides various insights that one might not think about and the WhatsApp group within it is another useful source as many questions get answered daily

Ryan Luke shares clear, practical property investment strategies that are easy to follow and apply.

It has been around a couple of months since I’ve joined the Ryan’s contractorbnb course. I’ve got to say I’ve learned so much, the process about contractorbnb from start to end, the pitfalls to avoid, etc. compared to other courses I’ve bought this one is great for its value. There is also weekly calls for if you have any queries so it’s not just a video course but there’s other types of help and support you will have and theres a great community which motivates you to push yourself.

Courses and knowledge is amazing. Ryan has so much experience in this field so his knowledge is very valuable . He sets out things in black and white !

Comprehensive course and well structured learning from someone who has been there and done it and has the experience . Ryan is the real deal and tells you straight . No BS and excellent value for money 👍

The value in the course content is extremely high. I would go as far to say invaluable if all advice , guidance and instruction is implanted as taught then there feels as though there would be no room for failure. Ryan has clearly put alot of effort into the learning material and this is evident throughout the course notes and video and group chat guidance.

I started recently this program and I find it extremely valuable with lots of good information Ryan teaches and I would definitely recommend it for its high standard and ethic.

Recently joined this community, the value in the information given and guidance is unmeasurable I am loving having access and looking forward to growing within this community.
