I spoke with several carpet cleaning companies and decided on this one - cancelling an alternative arrangement that I had in place, because I thought they were specialists. The job was to remove a stain from the carpet and I had sent photos in advance. Today, the cleaner arrived without any equipment because he wanted to "see the job first". When I asked him to bring his equipment along, to save us both from having to go all the way upstairs and then back downstairs again to get the equipment, he turned around and walked away. The arrogance and rudeness of the cleaner, as well as the fact that I cancelled another service provider to experience that, has compelled me to write this review. Unreliable service.

First time having the sofa cleaned after old dog urine stains that I had tried to clean but I think the products and hard water had left the marks and was really worried about getting my deposit back. The guys were in and out in under an hour, the sofa looks brand new. Will be using them again for my carpets. Best price in the area too!
