Worst experience, rude owner
My partner went in to enquire about some timber to repair our sash windows. He is repairing them himself so was only looking for a piece of timber, not for repair works. He was greeted by the owner himself who was extremely rude and belittling towards my partner. My partner told him he was looking to repair sash windows to which the owner responded “not interested”. My partner then asked where he might find a particular item in the store and the owner replied with “I don’t know have a look”. My partner left completely shocked and appalled at the way the owner treated him. Avoid at all costs. They do not respect customers at all.

Hi Katie,
Your partner was in the right place as we do machine off standard timber to size. We require a cutting list when pricing timber machining quotations.
We do not have off the shelf timber in our public areas, as all our timber is machined to order, "I don't know have a look" seems to be inconsistent with the service we provide.
Our workshop is not open to the public for safety reasons, a member of our staff would never suggest a customer to walk in to the workshop and have a look.
If you would like to email me (shane@ryangrouplimerick.com) the required cutting list (quantities, Dimensions, material) of the timber, I would be delighted to make up a quotation for you.

Hi Katie, thank you for taking the time to leave a constructive review. I apologise you and your partners expectations were not met when you visited our workshop this week. We do not repair traditional sash timber windows unfortunately, this is quiet specialised work. I apologise if your partner felt like he was being belittled, I can assure you that was not our intention to make customers feel like that. I also apologise that we were not able to offer you advice as to lead or direction in which you may find someone to complete this particular project.
As a family business, we are in business in limerick over 70 years and I promise you we have the utmost respect for our long standing customer base.

Great Quality Handrail.
I needed a second handrail for a set of stairs in the house of an elderly relative. I ordered the "Wall Mounted Handrail Kit Oak" and it arrived very quickly. It is extremely sturdy and is very classy looking with it's brushed nickel end caps and wall mounting brackets. I would have given it 5 stars but the screws included were not very good. Having said that,I would purchase this again if I needed another hand rail.

Awful experience
Awful experience, 16 days after order nothing arrived and had to get a refund, Limerick to Cork. You can blame it on the courier if you want but still more than enough time to fix this but done nothing and left me under pressure with a project.
