Love the fact that you have a slightly imperfect store. To me, I don't care if the stitching is a little wonky. Or a toggle loop is missing. The coat still works great for its use.
I bought my jacket after seeing a story on the_tradie_wife Instagram. She also had a discount code which I made the most of.
So far my coat is so warm. Blocks the wind and has more pockets than I know what to do with.
Yes I have found the places where the stitching was corrected but unless you go looking for it the look of the coat and its use is not affected. I wish more stores would have this option. Such a great way of saving imperfect things from going to landfill/ or not being usable and wasted.
My coat was also with me in 2 days using the basic postage. Can't ask for better. Thank you

Love love love my Ryde jacket. Could have gone down a size or possibly two but by having the large I have the option to use it as a changing robe!

Loving the new Ryde coat 2.0. As a big fan of the original Ryde coat, which I've practically lived in, I've loved the 2.0 version equally as much.
No longer need to bring a dog walking bag with me on dog walks due to the sheer abundance of pockets.
As the guardian of a dog who loves nothing more than jumping up with muddy paws, I love how I can simply take a wet wipe and just wipe his paw prints off.

The Robe 2.0 is an amazing product.
I was lucky enough to win this in a competition and I hadn’t come across the company of the robe previously. I was completely blown away by the quality of the coat, received during a particularly cold snap. It is a warm, well made, stylish practical item that I’ve used for dog walking in downpours (was lovely and dry) and after a cold swim or two. I’ve had lots of compliments on it and I look forward to exploring the rest of their product range. Highly recommend!

I'm a dog walker so used to getting out and about in ALL weather conditions. I ordered the Ryde Robe in October and received so much assistance from the team, they truly were fabulous. My coat arrived after a rigorous Quality check and I was thrilled with the toughness, quality of print, and overall fit. These coats/robes are large so plenty of room for a jumper or two underneath. The length hits my knees (I'm 5'4") so between this and my wellies I'm pretty much watertight. It's very warm and cuts out any wind blustering through. Definately needed it during a snowy spell, gale force winds and rain coming from all direction (including umpards). Would highly recommend to fellow walkers: loads of pockets, caribeener is useful for "those" full bags, sizes are on the larger side so size down for a coat like feel. The logo also makes for a useful poo bag opener when I have gloves on....just rub away and poof the bags magically open. Brilliant investment, thank you Ryde

Absolutely brilliant UK company!

I love my new coat, it's warm and feels good on. The peaked cap on the hood is really useful as I can't use an umbrella and my wheelchair at the same time. Lots of really usable pockets and the fleece lining makes it warm without being too bulky.
My favorite feature is definitely the turn back cuffs into mittens.

Unfortunately the coat was the wrong size for me but if it hadn't been too small I'd've paid double. The quality is amazing and the design is modern without being something that will go out of fashion. No big flashy logos, just nicely understated and subtle. Pockets, hood, zips etc are all really well thought out.

The customer service is second to none. It's so lovely that the company founder takes such pride in her products and is so involved.

Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting great quality outdoor robes/coats.

The most functional coat I’ve ever owned!

It’s everything I could want from a coat and then some! Not only is it perfect for getting changed after a sea dip it’s also great for the school run and walks. Not to mention if I forget my gloves there’s a cool fold over mitt function to keep the old fingers toasty. Also being a mum I love how many pockets there are because if you have kids you know! The coat feels really expensive too such great quality at an amazing price! Absolutely love it!

The communication prior to order for sizing advice was brilliant. I brought a product on pre order and was advised regularly with updates. The product itself is amazing I brought dry robe 2.0 for work wear (dog walker) three other local dog walkers have since also ordered.
