We had the pleasure of dealing with Ada Grundy for the purchase of our house. Where to begin, well long story short.
We went away for a 10 day break. During this time we bought our dream bungalow and sold our home. The help in achieving this is all down to Catherine Salisbury at the Heywood branch. Not forgetting the staff at the Middleton branch who as Catherine did are still working thier magic. Excellent experience. Although we don't have a completion date yet we know it is not far off. Updated regularly, no hassle, everything explained.

We would also like to thank Fran for the valuation and listing of the property. She ensured we were 100% happy with the wording, photos etc before putting the details on the website. We also received monthly updates on sales, etc in the area. She was very knowledgeable and again kept in contact with us until the sale was live and passed over to Catherine.
