I cannot thank the Holmfirth branch enough. Everyone I spoke to was polite, patient and efficient. The house I bought went into probate for a while but Kia and anyone else I spoke to on the telephone, always responded promptly to any enquiries. They were all professional but also understanding of the emotional side a house move involves.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Kia was particularly very good at keeping everyone fully up to date as well as keeping things running as smoothly as possible.

From the moment Catherine came out to view the house and give a valuation I knew I was in good hands. She was honest, upfront and straight talking without the ‘salesy’ manner of some of the other estate agencies we invited to give valuations.

Kia was then my point of contact for the sale to proceed and she was great. Readily available when I had questions and often answering them before I even asked!
