Joanne Kimber, she has worked tirelessly, on our behalf for a few months, when we were looking for a new agent. The process of getting the property back on the market, was quite difficult and time consuming, and she helped us all the way through the process, with her advice, and vision. The property is now let, with a rent she thought we could achieve, if we followed her advice (we were were doubtful) but we achieved that rent , which was considerably more than previous tenant was paying. I put my fathers up for sale, it is not in the best of condition. Oliver advised me very professionally. He is so easy to talk to, unlike a lot of estate agents who at times make you feel like all they are interested in is making a sale! He understood, listened and we made a plan together.
Jade and Michaela have kept an amazing steady stream of viewings! I am always advised when the viewings will take place and receive a weekly update phone call from with Jade! I have had lots of dealings with estate agents over the years, I have to say how impressed I am by the Ryder and Dutton Shaw office.
