It took a lot longer than was meant too as this was a sale with no chain . The buyers did not have the funds readily available as we was told before the sale . This was the cause of the delay. The aftersales advisor was great keeping ontop of the buyer and their solicitor.

Lisa was swift to respond to my calls, clearly kept an eye on progress and was proactive in her approach. She also negotiated well on our behalf.

I used Ryder and Dutton purchasing my first home and I was constantly kept up to date by Nicole McCarthy each week with what was happening and what I needed to do if anything.
