Experience of selling was very quick, it was the recommendation of using Birchall Blackburn solicitors being informed it would be quick and easy. What a diabolical mistake that was. We received very little response to our requests for information and being completely ignored at times. This ended like previous 1 star reviews on this site exchanging contracts and moving in the last week of this 6 month nightmare of selling our house. The threats of losing our new purchase due to the lack of communication and the time taken to do it was an awful experience. Pick your solicitor very carefully.

The customer service we received from Jessica Williamson and Lacey Williams was exceptional. It's been a long process due to circumstances beyond our control but i received weekly updates throughout the whole process from them, they chased the Conveyancing team and also the buyers solicitor which took a lot of the stress out of the situation for me for which i cant thank them enough.

Completion take longer than I expected due to vendor or vendor solicitors slow response,Geraldine Marsden keep informed me regularly,and try her best to calls vendors and their solicitor for speedy completion.

Because untill exchange they are following the case not like other Estate agent in Oldham. Especially they have team work after meme random of sale. Jeraldeen having special capacity to make things write. Don't go to other estate agents they will vast your time and money both.

Worst and longest experience EVER!
Do not use their own solicitors…slower than a snail. Rude, obnoxious and don’t chase things as they should. Appalling service and you are paying for it!
The agents were ok…until passed onto a “manager” who was worse than useless. No updates, no urgency…nothing. We had to chase them weekly and always received the same generic unhelpful answers.
House buying should not be this hard.
