We were given help, guidance and advice from Jessica Williams throughout the purchase of the property with any queries and worries. Also, the staff who showed us the property were very polite, helpful and courteous as we viewed it a few times.

Jess Williamson was excellent in negotiating our recent bungalow sale. Coped with some awkward viewers very professionally. When Jess was unavailable her office colleagues were equally competent. Overall, very pleased.

all the staff at ryder and dutton (oldham) are amazing at what they do, but i had the pleasure of lacey williams and gereldine marsden on my case, lacey is very efficient and professional and secured my offer under asking price i will always be forever grateful her customer service is 10/10. gereldine was very helpful and always kept me up to date and the next steps with weekly updates, she also helped me when issues did occur and just made things easier for me, keep up the good work girls! if only everyone worked like this.

Fast and efficient response. It was really helpful to know that Lacey was always available to answer any questions and when Lacey was on leave her colleagues was just a helpful and was knowledge about our purchase. There was some delay with the sale, Lacey ensured she kept us upto date and followed up all enquiries.

Jessica williamson made my whole experience of selling and buying a fantastic one, she was always on the other end of the phone, answered any questions we had about anything, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Jessica 😘 The Solicitors on the other hand where hard to reach, I felt they never really engaged with us, when you have never done this before, you look for a guiding hand with knowledge of whats happening and someone you can rely on, we don't feel this was what we got, unfortunately more often than not we felt ignored. Yes the portal was there, but never updated, it was a more of a toolfor Blackburn Birchall to ensure they ticked boxes. Sorry that was our experience.

From the initial consultation I was happy with the service from Ryder and Dutton. Owain explained the process and we accepted a full asking price bid within 9 days of listing. Jessica also assisted well and was available to speak to whenever i needed. Geraldine then picked up once solicitors where involved and chased both parties to completion. I wasn’t 100% happy with the solicitor services which were recommended by Ryder hence not the 5 stars.
