Lauren was a breath of fresh air throughout 12 months of buyer problems whilst we sold our house. through no fault of our own or R&D we kept losing buyers and at times having multiple offers on the table. After the professional approach by Kris Street at Ryder And Dutton, we decided to use them to sell our home. Best decision we could have made. So, never sold a house before and after seeing a couple of estate agents and how they work we decided to go with Ryder & Dutton. The process isn't easy, and there's multiple stages - it took 18 weeks, was expecting 12 weeks but this wasn't due to Estate Agents this was due to changes a buyer had made multiple times. The main agent was Naveen Naheed in Rochdale, she has always been helpful and polite - enthusiastic with us towards the completion too! Like mentioned previously we've never sold a house before, but the guidance she provided was very helpful and did what she said she would and liaised with both solicitors to get the best result and had honest opinions when asked about next stages.

Having purchased a property through this estate agent, i can honestly say the sale was complicated, due to the vendor being obstructive.
