We recently sold our home with Ryder & Dutton and purchased our next one through them at the same time. Kris came out to do the initial valuation and was very thorough, informative but most of all, lovely. We’d spoken to another estate agent previous to Ryder & Dutton who didn’t come out to value our house, just had a quick phone call and that was it. Kris came prepared with a folder of information about our house and went through everything ensuring we fully understood the process. Once on the market we were looked after by Naveen, who again, was absolutely brilliant. From booking in viewings, phoning giving us feedback and securing our buyer, she was nothing but personable, professional and really on the ball with everything giving us updates as and when she could. When buying our next home we dealt with Lauren who just like Kris and Naveen, was professional, personable and kept us up to date every step of the way. Both Naveen and Lauren had the answer to every question I asked and made the whole process of buying and selling as stress free as possible.

Completely unprofessional. Booked me in for a Sunday which was great. I got all the cobfirmation emails and turned up at the appointment. It took me half an hour of driving to get to the appointment and when i arrived i was rudely told that i cant see the property because they cancelled the appointment and could not be bothered telling me that they cancelled the appointment. Completely untrusthworthy and a waste of time and i honestly feel truly sorry for anyone working with them

Lauren Coomber at Ryder and Dutton has made what has been a very long and painful journey selling my dad’s flat after he passed away so much easier to deal with. Lauren was fantastic at keeping me updated every step of the way. She was very proactive and great at keeping me up to date with progress. She was also very understanding and supportive.

At Rochdale branch of Ryder and duttonThey were efficient right from the property being valued to the property being sold. Always keeping us up to date with everything when they could and the staff were very pleasant on the phone .

Everyone at the Rochdale branch seems to be very good at their jobs but Lauren specifically, who was tasked with dealing with me, was absolutely fantastic at the following things: keeping me in the loop at every stage of my transaction, chasing various solicitors, reassuring me when necessary, being friendly and professional. I would say she goes above and beyond especially as in this case I was the buyer.
