Recently sold my property with Ryder & Dutton. Once the property was sold I was then passed forward to Geraldine Marsden who was great all through the process always to hand nothing was ever to much trouble for her she would always go the extra mile. However only reason for 4 stars is the solicitors you recommend are shocking the amount of trouble I had with them so I think you need to re look at who you use

Our recent property purchase turned out to be far more complicated than we expected at the outset. Fortunately we had Ryder & Dutton's Nicole McCarthy on our side. She worked tirelessly to ensure that our purchase went ahead as smoothly as possible, Nicole proved herself to be a first class negotiator and with her great communication skills kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Employed R&D to sell my house in Millbrook. They weren't the cheapest but the service I got from them was first rate. Initially dealt with by the Ashton office who created the advert, which they let me alter, but once a buyer had been found they passed me to Geraldine in Uppermill to drive the sale to completion. This was a nice touch because if you leave it to solicitors the process can drag on for an extra few weeks.

From the very start everyone at R&D have been great, in particular Nicole McCarthy who has kept me informed at every stage and chased my solicitor without me asking. It's taken so much stress off me with what is an already stressful process, thank you Nicole and the wider team . I wouldn't hesitate to use you again and recommend you to anyone.
