Sabermax Lightsabers Avis 

Happy with everything I recieved overall. The crystal necklace was broken, but I wasn't expecting that to be included anyway. Was shipped and recieved in a timely fashion. Only issue is that I wish the instructions for how to operate and put them together were clearer. There were also several items in the package that I didn't know anything about.

I had an amazing experience! They are truly great at communicating always clear, responsive, and helpful. The service was incredibly fast and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend them!

I bought the Kestis S.E (RGB) and it's been really fun to use. The grip is great and I can flourish to saber, but I'm super scared to do a figure 8th. Having 3 different blade style's to go with the saber and a few different colors does make the saber enhanced for me, alongside other sound fonts.

I really feel like a Jedi Survivor and I'm going to use it in my Jedi Finn cosplay.

All in all, a great saber for myself, would definitely, and next on my list is The Enma and then the Kestis Cross guard!

I liked the communication and there products are well made.

The lightsaber is absolutely incredible. The sound fonts, the effects, the feel and weight of the hilt. It’s absolutely everything child me could ever wish for. Incredible customer service, I cannot wait to buy another one.

The lightsaber arrived in good time and is good quality for what I ended up paying for it. I don’t have any problems with it so far be after using it for dueling and for cosplay

Had some issues with the order and some delays but with the help from customer service we got everything under control. After all the issues I did not expect to give 5 stars however the quality of the lightsaber AS well as all the extra stuff you get with it, is well worth 5 stars. Its heavy its loud and bright af. The craftsmanship is top notch and looks great on display. I did not except a free saber with the order but it is a blast to spin around and play with. It might only be the novice one but still built to last and feels good in the hand as well as easy to do tricks with. All said very happy with everything.

This light saber is amazing and HALF the price OR EVEN BETTER than other distributors. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Idk how this thing could be any better. It's durable. The craftsmanship is great. The case is quality. I'm mean I'm sure there's ways it could be but for the price I am beyond satisfied. I got the proffie because I wanted the best and the ability to create my own patterns, but the preset options are so excellent I may never take the time to learn how to do it.

Very responsive and helpful answering a host of questions regarding shipping and duties etc. during the lead up to the initial purchase. However, when the saber arrived it had a quality issue. When I flagged this there was a brief response indicating the issue had been noted and forwarded to tech support but after that complete silence. A follow up email has not been answered at all.

They always do a great job! Love their products... I will be buying more!

As my first lightsaber purchase since the old Hasbro lightsabers from 2005, I cannot stress how lovely my experience has been with Sabermax. I was a little worried at first when I hadn't heard anything in almost two weeks, but in fairness they did have a message saying that they're experiencing a high number of orders so it may take a while. Plus, after I reached out asking if it shipped and I just didn't get an email, they very quickly replied and eased my worries. Very good customer support, high quality product, exceeded every expectation I had and then some, can't recommend them enough.

Takes time for orders to arrive in UK, but well worth the wait.

They also threw in some free goodies I didn't ask for which was fantastic.

Got the basic level mystery box and it came with for sabers all rgb baselit and four of everything a saber would need plus two extra blades and I’m so happy with them they look and feel amazing the quality beat my expectations my only issue is for one of the blades the belt hook saber attachment is not the right thread size which really isn’t a problem but it would have looked cool

I'm ordering from Sabermax for the second time due to the simple process and reliability of my first order! First a pair of sabers for me and my father. Now a gift for newlyweds who can fight with these awesome blades instead of words. Genuinely great quality and good looking light, even from just the RGB baselit option! 6/6 Star Wars movies!

The product is pretty awesome

Packaging was good. Instruction manual useful. Product works as intended. Delivery took a while, almost a month from day of ordering.

Initially great customer service & replied to every single question I had... But to cut a long story short they listed an item at an incorrect price but admitted it was their mistake & agreed to send the saber at a cut price... I asked if I could have a 32'' blade instead of the standard 28'', which I was told would be no issue at all, but I ended up with a 36'' blade & a box that looked like it had already been opened, which to be honest I was OK with. So I messaged & asked what I could do about getting the correct blade size that I actually requested? I sent several emails asking about this only to be totally ignored!!!

This is seriously not a way to treat a paying customer & don't get me wrong the hilt is great and I love it! But I had to spend more money to buy a replacement blade from elsewhere & I find this quite unfair regardless of the discount I received... on this basis I cannot recommend Sabermax due to the fact they have totally decided to ignore any further questions rather than offering a solution to my issue, so I won't be returning to make another purchase!

It's pretty good quality but please add double the amount of retention screws, I've lost at least one and can't really find one anywhere, I bought one at home depot that barely fit but worked. But overall the sabers are pretty good, 4/5 stars.
