It's the small details.
From the moment I placed my order to receiving it in the mail was very quick and seamless. I love the small attention to detail such as the jewellery pouch, a lovely note with my name hand-written on it and the overall experience of opening the package. Very thoughtful!

The Sachelle team went above and beyond. An item that was out of stock on the website - I reached out to them and they were able to find me another one through their vendors after reaching out to multiple ones. I am so excited to get my item and am thankful for their efforts. They could have just easily told me it was sold out but they really embodied true customer service and the outcome turned out well :)

I was hesitate at first, because there are so many jewelry websites nowadays, but I'm glad I purchased from Sachelle Collection. The styles offered are timeless pieces, that can elevate any basic look.

I bought the September birth flower necklace and I loved it. It was fairly priced and the quality was amazing, definitely bang for my buck (Gold plated jewelry almost cost as much as gold filled jewelry these days!)
