Glasses took a long time but worth it
I ordered a set of drinking glasses at the beginning of Nov 2024 thinking they'd be delivered well before Xmas so I could give them as a Xmas present. They took so long and I kept getting different excuses that I asked PayPal for my money back twice. In the end because it was not a lot of money I decided just to wait and see. They didn't arrive in time for Xmas but came just after. The glasses were just as advertised, well packed and good quality and when I gave them as a late present the person I gave them to was delighted with them. Would have given a higher rating of they had of arrived on time

I Never Even Got The Product
I bought the Stardew Valley Advent Calaendar early Novemver for my sister who absolutely loves the game. As soon as I purchased it I was told it would take a little bit to make, no big deal it seemed it would be worth the wait. I got no updates on the progress of my package and it is no much later in the month so I reach out to them. It wasnt until I reached out to them that they told me the manufaturer has a shortage of raw materials. Such a waste of time! Now I'm left to scramble for a new advent that would fit for my sister.

Pay $80 and get $5 worth of stuff in a cardboard box
Ordered their Stardew Valley Advent Calendar.
1. their 12 day shipping time is a lie. Once you've paid, they'll email you and tell you that the item needs to be made etc etc; mine ended up taking 40 days.
2. not a single item in their photos was included. what was included was a $1 sticker pack from Temu divided up into 4 bags, and a $3-5 key chain pack from Temu divided up into about 12 packs.
