Excellent banarasi saree
Recently I purchased a beautiful Banarasi saree online (Order no SW 20547) . It was my first purchase for an expensive saree, where I was investing and amount without seeing it live. But when I called and checked on the site sacredweaves I saw beautiful collection.
I contacted them on WhatsApp and got an assistance from them. My all queries were patiently handled by the customer care. They also showed the product o. A video call.
When I received the parcel, the packaging was excellent . I also received a silk mark certificate from the government of India!!
It is a trusted brand.
I was very happy and satisfied to see my saree. Just loved it.
Also they assisted me getting a blouse stitched, from their in house stitching team. The finishing was excellent.
I will highly recommend sacred weaves to every one ..

Customer service and company policy needs huge upgarde
Gorgeous and amazing quality silk sarees. However, 2nd time return customer with a decent size order with multiple sarees and blouses. They messed up the sleeves of 2 ready-made blouses. Sacred Weaves after going back and forth for a week admitted to it. It was easy enough to reach customer service through whatsapp, email they replied after almost a week after pleading. So very very resistant to provide a good solution to a mistake the company admitted they made. Its like pulling teeth. You made a mistake. Fine but offer a solution that is acceptable. Yes, now you will say you offered me gift voucher. So for 2 blouses that costs INR 7800+ on sale, you offered INR 4000 first. Then I corrected you and you offer INR 7800 exactly. Now I have to pay for shipping if I want get 2 long sleeve blouses. Would it not be easy enough to re-send the corrected order? Why burn bridges over what shouldn't be a huge cost? I personally do not want recommend. Tilfi is way way better. Shobitam and Ekaya Banaras I have also purchased from so lot of other better options in my experience.

From the moment this was brought to our notice, our team stayed in touch over WhatsApp and email to understand the concern and work toward a resolution. While there was some back and forth as we verified the details internally with our tailoring team, we did admit the mistake and ensured compensation was provided accordingly.
Initially, there was confusion regarding the sale pricing, but this was corrected, and the full amount of ₹7,800 was issued as a gift voucher — which was subsequently utilized toward a saree and ready-made blouse purchase. We are also glad that you chose to shop with us again afterward, which reassures us that the matter was resolved to your satisfaction at the time.
Regarding reshipping corrected blouses, since these were sale items and tailored pieces, our policy typically offers store credit rather than replacements. That said, our intention was never to resist a solution but to offer the most feasible one within our process guidelines.
At Sacred Weaves, we are deeply committed to craftsmanship and service, and while occasional human errors can happen in handcrafted and tailored products, we always strive to make things right. Your feedback is important to us, and it helps us improve both our quality checks and response time.
