Sadaf Foods Avis 8

I stumbled across this company during a Google search and placed an order - for simmer sauces, pickles, cookies, sweets, snacks - they offer great variety, at reasonable prices.

However, the delivery came with an industrial quantity of bubble wrap, and even Styrofoam, although nothing needed to be frozen or chilled. I won't be coming back, unless they develop some environmental responsibility.

The products that I ordered arrived fast in spite of the fact that shipping was free. They were very well packed. I had tabrizi pickles halva and doogh. Everything arrived perfectly. I think their pricing is very reasonable and they are very service conscious. I really really enjoyed doing business with them

It was good till several year ago, and now, one of the worst food company 👎👎👎👎👎

I wish there was a 0-Star option. EVERYTHING about this company is just not right.

They should be awarded for failing in every single business aspect (and customer service) as a company. They act like companies in Iran thinking they deal with customers who sadly don’t have any rights. Having a business in the US they don’t even do the bare minimum.

-Problems with the order/horrible quality:
The first (and the last ever) order delivered with many issues. No expiration date on products, wrong items sent, moldy food in the package and even hair in the sealed package of rose buds perfectly attached to a rose!!
Where can you find so many issues in a single delivery?
The story doesn’t end here.

-Trying to get the most benefit by not being honest:
I ordered the items with a discount code applied on the total amount. I took pictures of the items and contacted the company to ask them to send a return label, they sent me a label with discount being applied separately for each item. It might not make a big difference for a customer but imagine what a profit it is to the company if they do it with each customer. They even asked me to return the wrong item they sent instead of just refunding it. In this case it wasn’t an issue because i wanted to return other items too but if it was just one item the customer had to go through the hassle of returning just because a company does a mistake (on purpose or accidentally) and is stingy enough to ask to have it back.
And of course there is more to the story.

-Refunds:
I sent the items back and nothing has been refunded after a month or so. Why would a customer spend money and so much time so you can earn unfair money????I won‘t support such a business in the future even if I see their stuff at local stores or somewhere else. 

No review for this company as my initial review was meant for Sadaf Garden Restaurant in Kensington. I have no dealing with Sadaf Food.

Sub-par quality, illegitimate sourcing. Not a fan. There are other brands you can get which are much more superior, typically product of Iran.

They have the best spice ever. I like to use their products, cos I am a professional cook and I know they did not add any unknown powder in that. Thank you Sadaf
