I did not like the mandatory time. It seems like the readings took about 50% of the established time limit. Otherwise, it was a good study.

To clarify how reporting works: we report your course completion to the NY DMV, but getting your certificate to your insurance company is something you'll need to handle directly with them for any discount to apply. I do not recommend this location for…
I do not recommend this location for Colorado Drivers because they require a 5 day waiting period before you can start your training that you paid them for already. Because they want to verify information from the DMV before you can start the training. What doesn't add up is that even if the paperwork is wrong the training is something that has already been paid for and it is a product that I should have access to once it has been paid for and not have to wait 5 business days to have access. Tried to chat with them but it was all script answers like AI but they said I was talking to a person. Terrible responses with zero help. I guess you get what you pay for so be careful when you find a good deal because you will have to wait forever. Money does buy you privilege's because you can get the best product and the best training and sign up whenever you want and not wait 5 days. America is not great again - America Sucks! The poor have to pay for longer wait times and terrible products and services. Good luck!

To clarify why the wait exists: those 5 business days are the window we use to confirm your registration with the Colorado DMV before your course begins — this step protects you, since it ensures your completion will actually count and you won't have to retake the 30-hour course later due to a registration issue. In practice, this review is usually completed in under 48 hours, and often within 24. Once it's verified, you're free to start right away. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Pricing for the Session was quite good, BUT
Pricing for the Session was quite good. Info was helpful and good. Data was informative. Only complaint was that it had way too long lesson plans, and total time to complete, and kind of "dragged out" the process.

Mostly fine
Once the kinks were adjusted at the start of the course, all went fine. The course was long, but I found it informative. I took the course to reduce my auto-insurance premium.
