I had a great experience with Mark and the Safeside team. Mark came in for the initial assessment and provided me with some excellent recommendations for home fortification. It was evident he knew his stuff, and he was never pressuring me to go in any specific direction. I verified that they are an authorized Madico dealer/installer. Madico is a highly regarded security film manufacturer.

The install went great. The team that came worked hard and diligently for two long days. Very friendly, respectful of my home, and open to answering my questions as the work progressed. They left the home as clean as when they came. Mark was also available during the install to answer questions, and they accommodated some changes I requested to the work order without any issues.

Mark came back a few days later to do a final inspection and answer remaining questions. Overall a great experience, and I feel like this was money well spent to secure and fortify my home. To top it all off, they are reasonably priced, with a great warranty!

They use an online payment and scheduling system so after receiving my quote it was a simple setup for the installation.
