How do you contact them. Have left loads of messages, with no reply.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered an expensive dog bed. Took my money fast enough but no shipping info etc. Weeks later after trying and failing to get in touch someone rang me to say they'd an issue with their systems and my order slipped through. I asked if they had it in stock and could send me a tracking link that week. They said yes but they'd just refund me. I said this all seemed like a scam but they assured I'd get my link that week. Another week went by of trying to contact them back and I get an email with a tracking number. It arrived today in thin plastic and nothing else, with rips exposed to the elements. Disgraceful from start to finish. I want to return and get a refund but have a feeling it'll never happen. Do not buy from these scammers. They need to be reported.

Great product and delivered next day too!

Bought veja shoes in January 2023. Emailed in February wondering where the shoes were. Was told they were stuck in customs but still on route. Emailed in March to be told they were lost and they would give me a 40% refund as they are also down the cost.

Do not buy from this website. They are either very disorganised or its a scam.

Took my money and when I asked for refund all my emails bounced back . Still no refund and no way to contact as once the email they used is now gone . Pure fraud

Avoid at all costs. They lost my parcel and will not give me a refund. Definitely a scam website.

I ordered on 04.02.2022 where they promised free next day delivery… no information, no tracking, no status update. I visited the website to enquire, an overly prominent chat feature popped up on the bottom right of the screen encouraging a chat as ‘we reply immediately’… 8 days later I’m still waiting on a reply

On 09.02.2022 I received a refund notification on my order!!?? No apology, no reason or rationale… I purchased the item elsewhere and was both cheaper and arrived under a stated next day delivery time too

Ordered a medium-sized silent night dog bed on the 26th November still waiting for it to be delivered. Sent 3 emails for assistance and still no correspondence from Ireland outlet to discuss what's happened to my order very poor company to deal with. Would not recommend this company they're fine taking the order and payment but very questionable on delivery and correspondence
