Réponse de Safety Gloves
Dear William,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We are sorry for the confusion regarding the colour of the safety glasses you received.
Following your enquiry, we checked the product details and the product code shown on the packaging and confirmed that the correct glasses had been supplied. The blue colour stated on our website refers to the lenses, while the frames themselves are black.
We appreciate that the appearance was not what you had anticipated from the product images and are sorry for the disappointment this caused.
As advised by our Customer Services Team, if the glasses are not suitable for your requirements, we remain happy to provide the relevant returns information so that you can return them to us.
We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the delivery service and hope we can be of service again in the future.
Kind regards,
Victor
