It was quite a simple transaction, done online, but this was ruined by the teller trying to charge 25p for a wallet. A bit of paper. Ultimately the charging system failed and I was not charged. Technology saved me 25p. I work in print, so I know this is a rip off!

Travel money kiosk closed. 😡
I booked my travel money for collection today - 11/8/2026. The money was ready early. As planned, I went into the store to collect the cash and the travel money kiosk was closed. I was unable to wait for it to re-open. Customer services said the staff were on a break! There were road works hampering the exit to the car park so it took a long time to exit. And I get to do it all again! Unacceptable.
