Bad from start to finish
Beware the website can think a payment has failed or timed out and requests the payment a second time. If this works you will receive a confirmation email. When the cash is ready for collection it sends email notifications for both the failed and correct order. Your bank account will show pending holds for both too. You have to call them up and get one cancelled and wait for the pending hold on your bank account to eventually disappear. You then go to collect the cash and the teller is confused as both orders have been combined into one large pile of cash. Personally I will not use them again as I can’t trust the software.
